Callum Donaldson

Callum joined Airswift in 2017 as a sales manager, focusing on the growth of the organization’s LNG business. With his wealth of knowledge, ability to manage teams, and increase client relationships, Callum was named Vice President – USA Traditional Energies in 2023. With this role, he oversaw the organic growth of the business in the Upstream, Downstream, LNG, Pipeline, and Chemicals sectors. After substantially growing the business, Callum was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2024, now responsible for growing the business into STEM sectors as well. Additionally, he became a member of Airswift’s Operations Board and Executive Team in 2024. Callum resides in Houston with his wife and two children and is an avid New Orleans Saints fan.

Why are you passionate about what you do? 

I am passionate about helping people in any way that I can.  Airswift gives me the ability to change peoples’ lives through the world of work, and I am eternally grateful for that opportunity.

I love all our values. I genuinely believe they are aligned with our day-to-day activities, internally with colleagues and externally with our clients and contractors. The most important one to me is integrity and staying true to right and wrong at all times.
