Imad Barake

Imad Barake has over two decades of senior financial management experience in oil and gas, manufacturing and the construction industries.

Before joining Airswift, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Bilfinger in North America from 2020 to 2022, Vice President of Corporate Treasury and M&A at Shawcor and Chief Financial Officer for Dover Energy. Prior to that, Imad spent over 20 years with Schlumberger.

Imad has a truly global experience - having worked in the Middle East (based in Qatar, Oman and the UAE), Europe (based in France), ASPAC (based in Indonesia) and North America (based in Houston). Imad possesses a strong knowledge of our global markets and speaks three languages

Imad is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor from the US and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Arizona.
