Neil Manfred

Neil joined Airswift as Group IT director in 2020 having successfully led several technology procurement and system integration programs within growing companies.  He brings with him over 20 years of experience in global IT infrastructure and Project Management.  Neil holds qualifications from the Institute of Directors and is active as a Non-Executive Director within the education sector. Neil joins the team to drive Airswift’s global digital strategy forward, planning how best to deploy technological solutions and utilise data to optimise business functions.

Why are you passionate about what you do? 

Having spent my career within IT, the industry has reached a point where it is no longer seen as just as a support department. IT empowers business and I’m all about using technology to solve business challenges. I am committed to building great team cultures and nurturing and mentoring talent.
