Nicola Murphy

Nicola joined Airswift in 2018 as Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) before being promoted to Group Finance Director in 2020. In her current role, Nicola is responsible for all group accounting, FP&A, tax, compliance, controls and technical accounting matters.

Prior to joining Airswift, Nicola worked at GE for 13 years, where she gained experience not only in a variety of finance roles but also in a broad range of industries.

Nicola holds a BSc in Mathematics from Leeds University and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

I love working with an amazing team of people who add value to the business. At Airswift, the back office and finance functions play a key role in partnering with the wider organisation to solve business challenges, which enables Airswift to grow and excel at what we do.

Integrity, as I believe it underpins all of our values and everything we do. It’s important that we put safety at the forefront as we strive to grow with excellence; however, all that we do must be done with integrity. Our values are at the core of who we are as a business, and I’m incredibly proud of that.
