Building Supervisor (Civil Work)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on-site.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor contractor performance and resolve site issues efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Ensure all work aligns with environmental and safety policies.
- Report project progress, issues, and solutions to the construction manager.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision, preferably in LNG, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
