Are you ready to join our client's team as a Quality Company Representative in Spain? As a consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our 6 billion EUR green steel project in Boden. With a focus on quality, vendor inspection, and supplier quality auditing, you will be an integral part of our mission to disrupt the global steel industry and bring down CO2 emissions to zero.

Role Overview

  • Full authority of delegation as representative for specific project scope.
  • Coordinate engineering, fabrication performance, quality, and deliveries across various workshops.
  • Spot-check overall progress rather than full-time attendance on a single workshop.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of packages.
  • Travel to various supplier fabrication/engineering premises across the country.
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Optional: Assist with quality management, engineering, and fabrication performance.
  • Optional: Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of vendor inspection and supplier quality auditing.
  • Experience in coordinating engineering, fabrication performance, and quality.
  • Ability to spot-check overall progress and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of packages.
  • Optional: Familiarity with quality management, engineering, and fabrication performance.
  • Optional: Strong coordination and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Certifications in quality management or engineering advantageous.
  • Experience in vendor inspection, supplier quality auditing, and project coordination.
