Airswift is looking for a Construction Structural Superintendent to work on outsourced contract in Guyana with a major O&G company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The construction discipline superintendent is responsible for the construction scope of work related to their discipline, in compliance with the HSSE, quality and project schedule requirements, as defined in the construction execution plan (CEP).
Provide leadership to ensure that the HSE plan is understood and implemented by the supervisors assigned to their discipline.
Ensure that the Supervisors and Inspectors assigned to their discipline are familiar with the company's Construction and Completion processes and that roles and responsibilities are understood.
Monitor yard productivity and labor allocation to ensure that Construction schedule milestones are met.
Ensure that the yard's Construction procedures are adhered to.
Ensure that the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) is followed and complied with by your team
Ensure that all quality verification documentation is properly reviewed and approved
Ensure that Manufacturing Data Records (MDR) are maintained, approved and compiled systematically
Maintain an up-to-date as-built dossier
Ensure that Discipline Inspection Test Reports (ITR-As and associated Punch list) are compiled and issued by the shipyard, approved and recorded in the completion database
Interface with the supply chain to ensure that the ROS (Required On Site) of materials are respected
Assist the materials controller in carrying out incoming inspections of materials and equipment related to their discipline: - Achieving project milestones within schedule, quality and safety - Feedback from construction manager
