Job Title: I&E Designer III
Location: Ponca City Refinery, Ponca City, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (overtime possible)
Our client is seeking an I&E Designer III to work within their facilities located in Ponca City, OK, on a 1-year assignment with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify electrical and instrumentation (E&I) drawings for Refinery Technical Services (RTS) projects.
- Lead a team of designers and drafters, organizing and delegating tasks to efficiently complete projects.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with engineers, mechanical craftsmen, and contractors.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of CAD experience, with expertise in electrical or instrumentation design.
- Basic knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a project design team.
- Associate Degree in Design, Drafting, or Engineering Technology (preferred).
- Experience with SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation) is a plus.
