Summary
Airswift is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join one of our major clients in Midland, TX facility on a long-term contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide hands-on IT support in a fast-paced environment while offering exceptional customer service across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide iPhone/iPad support for end-users, ensuring seamless functionality and quick resolution of any issues.

Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software for desktop computers, laptops, thin clients, and other IT equipment.

Resolve PC, network, and telecom issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Offer general system support across multiple locations, including on-call support for system maintenance and urgent issue resolution.

Provide outstanding customer service to all users, addressing IT-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Stay updated on emerging computer technologies and recommend solutions that enhance the Midland Division’s competitive advantage, boosting productivity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, OR a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support with a focus on customer service.

Strong experience with Windows 10, networking, and IT support systems.

Proven ability to manage IT personnel and support projects with a customer-first approach.

Experience in business/project management is a plus.
