Airswift is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator for a full-time position based in Guyana with a large company specializing in engineering, procurement and construction solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company’s products, services, and brand.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Coordinate and execute social media content, email marketing, and advertising initiatives.

Help manage and update website content to ensure alignment with the company’s branding.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Marketing Materials & Communication:

Assist in the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional content.

Maintain and track marketing budgets, preparing reports to measure the success of campaigns.

Support events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

Gather competitive intelligence and analyze market data to refine marketing approaches.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

5 – 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign coordination and content creation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
