Our client seeks a Piping and Structure Superintendent to join the client's FPSO project in Angola(Offshore) for a 12 -month contract (renewable)

Job description:
As Piping and Structure Superintendent you will utilize your knowlogde to manage and coordinate the piping and structure discipline activities performed by the EPCi contractor to ensure a safe and optimized design in line with contract specifications, cost and project schedule. Moreover you will have close communication with the FPSO Construction & Installation leader to integrate in the piping design the constraint of installation offshore in SIMOPS conditions; participate to weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc Piping discipline meetings with EPCi CONTRACTOR and vendors and ensure proper communication of ongoing piping and structure activities with field operations team.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- To manage and coordinate the piping and structure construction and pre-commissioning activities performed by the EPCi contractor to ensure a safe and reliable in line with contract specifications, cost, and project schedule.
- Integrate HSE in all aspects of the work
- Maintain good team spirit within the FPSO package team and with the EPCi Contractor and be an active team player.
- Propose innovative ideas in aim to optimize / improve CPY specifications in view of brownfield project.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Lead piping engineer with solid piping technical background
- Ability to communicate, to adapt and to manage several multi-disciplinary activities in transverse.
- Experience in brown field project and and familiar with field operation requirements.
- Language: English (fluent verbal & written)
- Professional Experience: 10 years as a minimum
