Job Summary:
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist with significant experience in materials and services procurement for industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Thailand’s import and customs clearance process, logistics and transportation networks, and strong relationships with vendors and contractors. This role will ensure cost-effective, timely, and compliant procurement of goods and services to support our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Vendor Management:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support project execution and operations.
• Manage materials and services procurement to meet technical specifications, budget, and schedule.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Import, Customs & Logistics:
• Oversee Thailand’s import and customs clearance processes, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Work closely with logistics providers and transportation networks to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Resolve customs and shipping issues to prevent project delays.
Project Coordination & Compliance:
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and project management teams to align procurement with project needs.
• Track procurement schedules, costs, and supplier performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure procurement practices adhere to ethical standards, compliance regulations, and operational excellence

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, preferably in industrial, energy, or petrochemical projects.
• Strong understanding of Thailand’s import, export, and customs clearance regulations.
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements, vendor contracts, and procurement terms.
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities efficiently.
