Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of gold and minerals processing projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful execution of engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, progress, and mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and other project staff to achieve project goals
- Must have: Experience managing gold processing projects in the mining industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with industry-specific project management tools and software.
- Competitive base salary (negotiable based on experience)
- PERMANENT full-time position!
