Job Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle all incoming customer inquiries regarding services
- Maintain and submit sales pipeline reports in a timely manner
- Generate qualified leads by providing complete client profiles, call-to-action items, and current market information
- Conduct cold calls and market research to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date databases of customer and service provider pricing and offerings
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes
- Facilitate contract coordination and administrative approvals with relevant parties
- Prepare and submit customer quotations within required timeframes
- Maintain organized and secure filing of all sales contracts
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the field sales/commercial team
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a sales environment
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Positive attitude with good business acumen
- Detailed, systematic with strong organizational skills
- Able to multitask duties with a high sense of urgency in completing tasks/assignments
- Service oriented with good communication skills and an outgoing personality
