Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environmental Engineer to lead and support a wide range of environmental projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring environmental compliance, managing sustainability initiatives, and providing technical expertise in environmental engineering practices. This role involves project leadership, regulatory liaison, and mentoring junior engineers.

Job Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of environmental projects including remediation, permitting, site assessments, and pollution control.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, OSHA).
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and permit applications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for air, water, and waste regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables. • Mentor and supervise junior engineers and support staff.
• Drive continuous improvement in environmental management systems and sustainability programs.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant environmental engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.
• Proven experience managing complex environmental projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, GIS, and environmental modeling tools
