Job Description
- Should take up the role of a Team Lead and leading a team of 3-4 Naval architects.
- Will be responsible for projects assigned and directly involved in the meeting discussions with Head Office.
- Providing daily/weekly progress and intimating on issues affecting the timeline of a project.
- Should be capable of troubleshooting problems related to stability analysis and assist in smooth functioning of the department
Qualification:
- Bachelor/Master in Naval Architecture
- Should have good Knowledge on Intact and Damage stability analysis for all types of ships, lift boats, FPSO and FSO.
- Knowledge of stability software - Autoship/ GHS/ NAPA is preferred
- Should have sound knowledge of basic Naval architectural calculation
- Should have sound knowledge on class rules and Statutory regulations
- Should be responsible for leading a team in coaching
