Senior Photovoltaic Engineer—On-Site Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Photovoltaic Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of large-scale solar PV projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on-site, overseeing projects from conception to completion.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a focus on renewable energy.

Professional certification in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems is highly desirable.
Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale solar PV projects.

Proven track record in overseeing projects exceeding 500 MW from start to finish.

Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop solar PV systems, including site assessments, system layouts, and electrical designs.

Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV projects, ensuring performance and quality standards are met.

Conduct energy yield simulations and financial modeling to optimize system efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Perform regular inspections and testing to maintain system efficiency and safety.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.

Prepare and review technical documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and industry standards and safety protocols.

Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to support team development.
