Responsibilities:

Qualification:

Airswift has been tasked by one of our major Oil and Gas clients to seek Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) Advisor to work for a 1-month assignment.

Duration: it’s a short term assignment. They will be doing audits, starting with trip in US then going to Guyana with the required documentation.

Perform independent external compliance audits on all embedded controls, including the Operation Integrity Management System (OIMS) and the Oil Spill Response Plan (OSRP), on at least an annual basis, especially controls relating to critical drilling and production operations. Within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, the Permit Holder shall submit the Final Audit Report to the GOG.


MAIN FUNCTIONS
Provide guidance and advice, and upon request an assessment, relative to Company's implementation of OIMS in regards to geophysical vendor field operations

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:
• Participate in external stakeholder assessments for best practices and lessons learned
• Participate in OIMS workshops and Network meetings as needed
• Systematically assess the extent to which the new project is progressing with OIMS implementation
• Support and / or participate in investigations and follow-up of incidents. Provide root cause analysis expertise to support these efforts and review reports.
• May be assigned other services by the JV SHE Team.
• Develop / deliver technical presentations.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 15 years geophysical field experience in a SSH&E role, and 5 years OIMS implementation experience; 
• Must be well versed in OIMS practices and processes for geophysical field operations
• Must have excellent communication skills, possess high level of integrity, and willingness to build trust and accountability in inter-personal relationships
• Demonstrated work experience in both onshore and offshore Exploration projects (including some prior oil & gas experience).
• Broad technical knowledge and HSE skills with working knowledge of HSE Management System administration
• Preferred working knowledge of safety management practices, processes, and expectations.
• Thorough knowledge of safety standards, codes, and practices.

This role involves using analytical and computational tools to predict the transient multiphase flow and thermal behavior of the production system. The engineer will develop and document functional requirements and operational strategies to prevent, mitigate, and remediate vulnerabilities associated with gas hydrate formation, wax deposition, and other solids.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical studies to assess system operability throughout the project cycle.
  • Characterize fluids using a thermodynamic simulator to model the PVT behavior of produced fluids.
  • Perform steady-state, single-phase flow modeling to size gas and/or water injection systems and pipelines.
  • Conduct steady-state, multiphase fluid modeling to design production systems, including functional requirements for artificial lift and/or thermal insulation.
  • Utilize transient, multiphase fluid modeling to assess thermal and hydraulic transients during production rate changes, turndown, startup, shutdown, and blow-down, including flowline and riser slugging, cool-down, and warm-up.
  • Use modeling and/or laboratory analysis to predict and assess solid formation, deposition, bedding, and/or blockage behavior for hydrates, sand, wax, scale, asphaltenes, and other solids.
  • Assess erosion and/or corrosion to guide proper material selection, in collaboration with Materials Engineers.
Requirements:
  • B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Petroleum Engineering.
  • 6-10 years’ experience for Level II
  • Must have formal training and demonstrated work experience in OLGA transient multiphase flow modeling.

•  Analisar o resultado da pesquisa salarial com a consultoria aprovada, revendo premissas, competitividade interna/externa, tendências de mercado;
•  Compor/ recomendar e apresentar estudos – com base nas pesquisas, com análises do cenário atual, suas lacunas e impactos financeiros, para apresentação e aprovação da Dir.RH;
•  Elaborar e atualizar tabelas salariais, com base na estratégia definida pela organização, envolvendo estudos e simulações de alterações salariais e seus impactos nos custos de pessoal;
•   Suportar as áreas clientes, em parceria com as ´BPs’ , nos estudos direcionados das áreas, com base na estratégia de remuneração revista ante a pesquisa salarial mais recente, observado o orçamento de cada área;
•  Acompanhar a legislação e práticas de mercado quanto ao tema Compensação (salários, benefícios, incentivos e outros programas/práticas) que impactem o negócio;

Estrutura Organizacional e Orçamento de Pessoal:
•   Dar suporte à organização/ áreas clientes na revisão de estruturas organizacionais, observadas à estratégia e diretrizes da empresa sobre o tema;
•   Rever e assegurar que todos os cargos existentes estejam descritos, de forma a assegurar a aderência à estratégia da Empresa e a suportar temas trabalhistas que envolvam equidade de funções/estruturas na Empresa;
•   Suportar à Dir.RH na construção do orçamento de pessoal (físico e financeiro), de acordo com as diretrizes da Empresa;
•   Controlar o orçamento de pessoal (físico e financeiro) junto à Dir.RH, para suporte às demais áreas clientes;
•   Atuar, junto à Dir.Finanças, no controle e acesso às informações atualizadas sobre orçamento de pessoal (provisões, orçamento operacional de RH, outros).

Políticas, programas e processos de remuneração:
•   Rever, analisar e recomendar melhorias quanto às políticas, programas e processos de remuneração que impactem a organização, como salário admissional, cartas propostas, política de transferência de empregados, diretrizes sobre movimentações entre regimes (offshore/onshore);
•   Acompanhar as melhores práticas do mercado, com foco no segmento de óleo e gás, quanto à políticas, programas e práticas;
•   Elaborar e recomendar estudos/análises salariais, tais como: mérito, promoções, em conjunto com as ‘BPs´, para aprovação da Dir.RH e apresentação às áreas clientes;
•    Atuar de forma consultiva com as ´BPs’, com foco nas análises de revisão de cargos e estruturas, alinhadas às estratégias de negócios e impacto em custo de pessoal;
•    Propor, suportar a implantação e acompanhar um painel de indicadores de Recursos Humanos – Dashboard de RH, com movimentação pessoal, turnover, custo pessoal, outros – para proporcionar insumos à melhoria dos processos organizacionais e tomada de decisões;
•    Apoiar os Projetos Corporativos, visando à entrega conforme planejamento estratégico e resultados esperados, providenciando os dados solicitados pelo time de projetos.
