Job Description:
• Provide full Project Control Management, consisting of cost/schedule development and control during the full lifecycle of projects.
• Assist the Project Engineer/Manager in Project Scope Management by providing insight and recommendations into scope definition, verification, change control and financial health of projects.
• Work with internal team, including Field Cost Control Analyst, to understand incurred field costs and Stakeholders for indirect costs and compare against budget and monthly forecast values.
• Prepare expenditure profiles, work force histograms, comparative capital cost estimates for projects and total program monthly forecast summaries.
• Provide estimating support to other departments’ cost management for internal cost controls.

Education & Experience:
You have:
o A diploma, degree or related construction or operational training and/or experience.
o Minimum of 7 years of previous related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Construction experience related to cost and scheduling controls of multi discipline projects. Industrial Construction experience, and interfaces with the Engineering, Procurement, Contracting, Execution, and Commissioning phases of the project are highly desirable.
o General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations.
o Excellent oral and written communications skills.
o High proficiency with MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)

Responsibilities:
- Perform design reviews for new installations of the subcontractor fire protection (FP) system.
- Facilitate design document reviews with Commonwealth of Virginia and local county staff.
- Conduct in-process walkdowns to ensure compliance with all Commonwealth and Louisa County codes.
- Support walkdowns conducted by Commonwealth of Virginia and Louisa County inspectors.
- Assist the North Anna Fire Protection System Engineer by managing the work backlog, monitoring the performance of installed FP systems, and supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as troubleshooting emergent FP system performance issues.

Analyze, track, and report project (or contract specific) schedule planning and progress KPIs and communicate their status to the project team; Participate in project meetings when required; gather, prepare, and analyze data for Risk Assessments; ensure risk information is incorporated into the project schedule and forecast; Support contracts and procurements for bidding, tendering, contract selection, and change management as required.
? Lead project reporting activities to ensure reporting is completed on time for weekly, monthly, and annual reports to internal and external stakeholders. Provide leadership for Project Governance Framework. Maintain the Project Governance plans and procedures. Ensure Company Management System is updated as required relating to Project Governance.

- Advising personnel on logistical matters and communicating overall progress through newsletters and flyers. Communicate with the crew, gate, ramp, and operation regularly.
- Ensuring compliance with airline safety procedures and monitoring all personnel involved in the turnaround.
- Ensuring cost efficiency without compromising safety standards.
- Developing plans to shut down, perform maintenance, and start-up operations again. Develop work scopes and prepare budgets.
- Ensuring that material procurement and installation contracts are awarded in a timely manner.
- Monitoring that cash flow is properly maintained to avoid cost overruns.
- Ensuring a smooth handover of completed projects to the operations team.
Scope:
1 position will be Day Shift, and the other 3 positions will be Night shift:
- 1 Days for our Lower reformer / convection section
- 1 Nights for our Lower reformer / convection section
- 1 Nights for our Exchangers
- 1 Nights for our Drums, columns & vessels
Start date: Anytime between January 6th and no later than January 13th.
Schedule: Jan 6 - Jan 23 work on day shift on a 4 – 10’s basis until the event begins (~1/23/25). Then would roll to their respective shift once notified. At that point they would begin 7 – 12’s coverage until the Turnaround ends, likely around 2/25/25
