TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist mechanical engineers in planning and testing mechanical components, equipment, and machinery (e.g., engines, instruments, controls, robots).
- Help prepare proposals and cost estimates.
- Actively participate in the use of all on-the-job safety tools.

- Execute work as planned.

Airswift has been tasked by one of our best clients to seek a Pipeline Engineer to join their team in Beaumont or Houston, TX for an initial 12-month contract, to be extended!
Project will design, build, and commission a new 1.1-mile lateral pipeline, aerial pipe bridge, metering station, and interconnect facilities to enable the delivery of third-party gas to a new Gulf Coast LNG facility now in construction. The project is currently moving into the FEED/EPC phase with startup scheduled for 3Q27. Successful candidate will join the Owner’s Project Management Team and function as the Owner’s Civil/Structural Engineering representative during design, fabrication, construction and commissioning.
Responsibilities:

The role of the Senior ICSS engineer comprises the following tasks:

The context The installation analysis department (INSTA) is part of the installation department (INEN), along with the methods department (MTENG), the pre-commissioning department (PRECOM) & the survey department (SURV).
The mission:
The applicant will contribute to our projects, tenders or FEEDs.
The engineer will produce reports, calculation notes or other technical documentation, in compliance with Company’s specifications, standards and companies guidelines, complying with the project schedule:
o collecting required input data or managing related interface requests;
o performing required installation analyses;
o sharing intermediate results and conclusions by dedicated presentations/meetings. The engineer may be asked to provide guidance to junior engineers (models checking, reports reviewing, etc…).
The engineer may relate with:
o the installation analysis lead engineer; o the installation engineering manager;
o the project engineering manager / technical manager; o the installation analysis department manager/deputy manager.
The engineer may interface with all relevant disciplines, attending:

The Senior Process Engineer reports to the Staff Process Engineer, Engineering & Construction, and will advise on all matters related to the process design and process technology within E&C projects. Experience in Process Safety to support Process Safety team in design within E&C projects is desirable. The Senior Process Engineer is part of a multi-discipline Engineering Team providing Oversight over Project Design, Project Permitting, Construction, Commissioning, Start-up, and Operations support after handover for projects managed within the E&C Department.
Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of the principles of fluid flow, heat transfer, thermodynamics, mass transfer, and hydrocarbon process chemistry.

The Senior Project Engineer will be based in Houston and will report directly to the Engineering Manager.
The Project Engineer is a member of one or more Project Management Teams (PMT) and provides multidiscipline engineering support related to project scoping, design, design assurance, hazard analysis,
technology selection, and permitting for the front end of development projects in Pre-Concept, Concept
Select, and FEED Stages.
This position has responsibility for working with other Project Development & Engineering team members,

The Project Development and Engineering Team will be located in Company’s Houston office. The Senior
Project Engineer will support E&C Engineering Manager and will be required to work in selected EPC

Possesses knowledge of engineering for gas processing, natural gas and LNG (or other cryogenic

• Provide technical support of a project related to Prior Period Adjustments in the state of NM.
• Perform analysis and make corrections on incorrect data for reporting purposes.
• Setup well, completions, meters, tanks, equipment in ProCount.
• Verify allocated data completeness troubleshoot issues identified in reports and resolve discrepancies
• Preparation and submission of oil and gas production reports for state and federal reporting in NM and TX.

Summary:
- Record, reclass, and reconcile cash receipt from Treasury for all O&G, NGL and overriding royalty payments.
- Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, and help to resolve outstanding AR/AP balances.
- Perform detailed account coding in SAP for third party invoices.
Responsibilities:
- ORRI check details – Accurately book ORRI checks as chash/details comes in throughout the month as opposed to wanting a day or two before the close deadline (ORRIS should be completed by Revenue Distribution deadline stated on the monthly closing schedule).
- Complete assigned monthly account reconciliations by 12th workday of the month.
- Help research/resolve outstanding AR/AP balances. Determine if PPA is needed or if contact with purchaser/vendor is warranted.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks if/when requested.
Requirement:
- Experience in the O&G industry.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent industry experience.
- Basic understanding of information technology and computer applications.
- Experience with O&G revenue and distribution of royalties.
- Experience reconciling O&G accounts AR/AP accounts.
- SAP experience (preferred).
- Capable of meeting monthly closing deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
Communication Areas:
- Interact with other departments, such as ETS, Commercial, Operations, Production, Land, etc.
- Interact with third parties in obtaining revenue pricing, volume and payments discrepancies.
