1.1 Responsible for contracting services and material, locally and globally, as a part of Procurement Teams with the focus of creating a competitive, transparent and sustainable procurement environment, aiming to achieve Supply Chain and corporate goals.
2 Core Responsibilities
2.1 Assure identification and sustainable solving of gaps and inefficiencies on the requests for material acquisition and services contracting through close interaction with Procurement internal clients.

2.5 Create efficient contracting models for each procurement category under her/his responsibility, strongly considering inputs from requesters and internal stakeholders aiming to minimize risks, optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
2.6 On the RFx processes (which covers RFI -Request for Information, RFQ -Request for Quotation and RFP -Request for Proposal), support the alignment with requests and stakeholders concerning all technical specifications and data needed to the assertiveness of proposals and offers to be requested on the supply market. Request, interact and properly consider on her/his evaluation all relevant procurement key data, such as time schedules, budgets, measurement, and payment conditions, KPIs, SLAs, ‘bonus / malus’, responsibility among the involved parties, attending of needed legislation or specific regulatory requirements, liabilities, penalties, termination clauses, pre qualification needs, vendor master evaluation requirements, among other contractual needs.
2.7 Elaborate or adjust existing contract drafts and include them as part of the RFx processes (which covers RFI- Request for Information, RFQ- Request For Quotation and RFP- Request For Proposal).
2.8 Create consistent and assertive strategies to address the supply market, always aligned with requesters and internal stakeholders, aiming to raise the assertiveness of the bidding process.
2.9 Properly equalize received offers and proposals, interacting with requesters and internal stakeholders for simulating and validating scenarios. Support the creation of assertive strategies for negotiating and contracting procurementcategories.
2.10 Formalize the contracting of suppliers by purchase order creations and/or contract signing, coordinating respective needed approval processes.
2.11 Proactively search for continuous enhancement of own capabilities through training close performance monitoring and requestof coachingon daily routineactivities.
2.12 Perform contract and commercial negotiations of material acquisition and service contracting, aiming to promote operation efficiency enhancement and cost reductions for company

The I&E Lead is the designated position with the overall responsibility to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate would be proven in safety leadership, adherence to the design documents, simplify/reduce mindset and deliver to meet all required outcomes. Role functions in most phases in varying participation to ensure the quality of IFC documents while delivering with little need to consult engineering. Role supports the Capital Projects team reporting to the Supervisor/Superintendent and is directly responsible for managing the Contractors execution of Site work activities. This is a field-based role with up to 90% of time spent in the field. Responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the definitions and requirements related to the survey area for the execution of subsea engineering projects and tender processes. The role will work as part of an integrated project team to review and understand client requirements, develop methodologies, choose technologies, generate associated procedures and budgets and facilitate the delivery of survey services, i.e. subsea mapping and inspection, surface and subsea positioning, subsea metrology, to internal clients. The Project Surveyor is also responsible for managing subcontracted companies and services in the survey area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing support in the survey area (planning of subsea positioning activities, including procedures and task lists, definition of the equipment required and management of the rental/acquisition and import process) for SURF/IRM/Survey projects (throughout their entire life cycle).
Providing the bidding teams of both the SURF and gIRM divisions with technical and commercial information in support of the bids, which includes technical analysis of all the technical specifications coming from the end client, generation and control of questions to the end client so that they can resolve technical doubts and/or pre-qualify any important technical aspect.
Ensuring that all activities related to the Survey area are carried out in accordance with HSEQ procedures.
Develop procedures for carrying out survey activities for the project and quality plans in line with the company's processes.
Ensure that offshore personnel needs are identified and communicated in a timely manner to the Survey Operations Manager.
Identify the surface and subsea survey equipment required and communicate these requirements to the internal engineering support group to ensure the efficient delivery of equipment to offshore work sites.
Support the project team during meetings with internal and external clients
Participating in subsea equipment calibration processes at the end of the manufacturing phase and liaising with third-party service providers to monitor the progress of activities and resolve technical queries

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

MAIN FUNCTIONS

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary operations contact for their facilities. Understands process flow, basic chemistry associated with unit, major line-ups, and all unit safety equipment, including isolation points. Reviews computer data and computer generated schematics to ensure process is optimized.
• Physically inspects and monitors equipment and/or the work area using vision, hearing, smell, and touch, to ensure correct operation.
• Issues Safe Work Permits, which involves high degree of proficiency on current operating conditions as well as chemical, personnel and process safety risks associated with operating unit.

Summary
The Produced Water Technician II operates recycling equipment in collaboration with the Operational Control Center (OCC) and Water Coordinators. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of recycling infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include conducting preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs, as well as assisting with major equipment repairs when necessary. The technician coordinates with OCC, Water Coordinators, and Water Management personnel to complete daily tasks, communicating clearly with all relevant parties. The role may require independent work or teamwork, depending on the situation.
Additional duties include collecting samples of produced water and recycled effluent, and working alongside Water Management, PXD Land, and contractors on the construction of new facilities. The technician operates across various locations, including recycling facilities, ponds, Above Ground Storage Tanks (ASTs), and remote sites.
Responsibilities
- Provides support and responds to unplanned conditions as necessary for daily operations. With direction, ensures recycling water supplies and storage are managed properly to provide adequate recycled water for scheduled demand. Coordinates with Water Coordinators to ensure proper PWM water movements and deliver water to the end user location for Pioneer.
- Coordinates Water Supply of Produced Influent water from Pioneer’s Asset Teams with direction
- Operates and manages Above Ground Storage Tanks (AST’s), recycling ponds, tanks, and processing/treating equipment, and other equipment and assets in assigned area, including maintenance and inspection. Walks perimeter of storage tanks and pipelines for maintenance and inspection. Climbs pit walls and AST’s stairs to visually inspect and verify instruments.
- With direction, Ensures recycling waste, including NORM, Air Quality, and Oil Skim, is handled correctly.
- Assists in working with water customers and landowners.
- Supports Control Room operations with tasks that must be performed manually.
- Learns proper techniques for water testing, reads test equipment, and gathers water samples.
- Monitor all pipelines and hoses associated with influent and effluent streams of reuse/recycling.
- With direction, learns basic operation and proper maintenance of pumps, compressors, engines, motors, sheaves, valves, strainers, filters, piping, ponds, electrical panels, water quality testers, and all other related equipment onsite and as needed.
- Operates, maintains, and inspects pond, pumping and water equipment to ensure proper operation. Checks for proper operation, making needed adjustments and minor repairs. Ensures proper security of assigned facilities.
- Maintains equipment in accordance with approved schedules, fulfills work orders, generates work orders for new tasks required, and balances schedule to respond to unplanned conditions according to the appropriate priority. Completes assigned work on time and meets schedules.
- Performs power washes and cleaning of equipment as directed. Performs routine housekeeping of assigned facilities to maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient work environment.
