Job description:
- Assure the technical adequacy of work performed in the discipline or engineering program by reviewing and approving design changes, calculations/analyses, licensing documents, system health reports and other technical documents as defined in procedures and as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
- Define, implement, and manage major engineering programs or discipline groups by providing required technical leadership and overview with minimal guidance from management.
- Assure that engineering work is completed properly by assuring its technical quality and cost effectiveness.
- Provide broad, in-depth technical guidance and mentoring to discipline engineering personnel by active involvement in current engineering issues, and in coordination efforts in multidiscipline aspects of the work performed.

Nuclear Design Change Process and 50.59 Licensing Process. Experience with pipe stress analysis, pipe support and hanger support, and floor loading preferred.

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to work within their facility located in Freeport, TX, for a long-term contract.
The maintenance scheduler will be primarily responsible for the maintenance scheduling process for the safe and efficient execution of maintenance work in a 24x7 continuous process chemical plant using SAP and Prometheus. This includes creating daily and weekly schedules and scheduling preventive maintenance work, monitoring completion of work and facilitating backlog management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with the gatekeeper/maintenance supervisor on a daily and weekly basis, to understand the SAP CMMS work orders that are to be placed on the daily and weekly work schedules for all crafts based on gatekeeper’s prioritization.
- If there are constraints regarding parts, equipment, and or external resources, with work orders to be placed on the daily or weekly schedules, consult with the gatekeeper regarding priority adjustments to the schedules.
- Assure all weekly and daily schedules are appropriately resource loaded, including all company resources and nested contractors (both direct and indirect personnel)

Required Competencies:
Qualification:

- Ten years’ combined experience in Oil and Gas Operations and projects, including:
- Technical knowledge of maintenance management for gas treatment and processing, LNG production activities and utilities operations
