Job Responsibilities:
General Functions
  • Responsible for design/drafting on projects of moderate or large size and complexity with no assistance required. 3D experience is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of design/drafting concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Be able to create scaled and non-scaled plan drawings, have knowledge of revision concepts, title block information, and excellent drafting presentation.
  • Responsible for coordination with other disciplines to gather and distribute required data.
  • May review and check drafting deliverables to ensure final product is accurate and of high quality.
  • Capable of providing complex design solutions on projects.
  • Be able to estimate projects, update Task Registers, update and write project status reports.
Electrical Specific Functions:
  • Size conduit and wire and shall have knowledge of the different type voltages.

  • Knowledge should include but is not limited to electrical calculations to include lighting, power and grounding, size, route and support cable tray.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining electrical CAD standards and library drawings for the Company and assure that the proper design standards are followed on all project drawings.
  • Coordinate with other designer disciplines to coordinate drawing development and maintain standards and consistency across project teams.
  • Responsible for knowing client's project standards and making sure the standards are being followed by the electrical design team
  • Attend project meetings internally and with the client as requested by the PE/PM
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience using AutoCAD to develop electrical drawings.
  • Relevant experience in producing drawings including P&ID, electrical equipment layouts, schematics, grounding plans, cable tray and conduit plans, wiring diagrams, one-line drawings, and termination drawings.
  • Experienced in developing a Bill of Materials from electrical drawings.
  • Able to perform quality work within deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work alone and complete the project from start to finish.

  • Serve as single point of contact between procurement and TAR execution team to ensure all contracts are implemented per bid documents (Pay formula, agreements, skills, schedules, and rates, configure materials module, etc). 
  • Develop badging and accountability strategy for each TAR in accordance with AP safety and security requirements.  Work with outage team to ensure security (both guards and infrastructure/perimeter) is correctly implemented in support of the strategy.  Monitor reporting to ensure fatigue and accountability guidelines are met and ensure plant mustering is fail safe and timely for emergencies.
  • Provide daily gate log & TRACK information to the outage team, including headcounts, manhours, burn rates, crew sizes, etc. for use in reporting and decision making.
  • Calculate net all contractor time daily and clear exceptions (missing in/out scans, schedules, moving scans, etc.). Review and approve contractor override hours; require approval documentation from vendor when needed.
  • Create and upload Track Imports for Cost Objects (workorders, purchase orders), rates, etc. Create and assign new vendor work schedules incorporating site rules.
  • Run daily non allocated, non accepted, rejected reports to ensure adherence to daily vendor timekeeper requirements. Audit Track data by running weekly cost reports to increase management visibility, enforce accountability, and assure work process adherence.
  • Mentoring/coaching/onboarding of vendor timekeepers, vendor reconcilers, and Outage Team Members as needed; Provide training, and review expectations and deadlines.
  • Support creating Service requisitioning, cost tracking & reporting, and proper invoicing/close out of all labor, material, and equipment purchased for North America turnarounds (U.S. and Canada) including interactions with vendors for resolving invoice issues as well as goods receiving in SAP.
  • Authorize cost in Track once verification requirements are met; Send Authorized timesheets to vendors for invoicing. Ensure all final costs are received and balanced with Track upon vendor completion of work.
  • Lead close out effort for assigned outages by monitoring vendor invoicing, communicating deadlines, collaborating with procurement and outage team, and decommiting/increasing purchase orders as directed.  Ensure vendor invoicing is in balance with verified final costs.

On behalf of our customers, we are currently recruiting for a Coating Engineer to be placed in Schiedam and would be on a 12 months’ contract with the possibility of extension.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Engineer protection of equipment / assets by means of coating, insulation, fireproofing in line with Group, Client and Project requirements, from coating systems selection to application and testing. This may involve issuing of engineering specification, application procedures, technical notes, testing plans.
  • Support package engineers, supply chain, inspection team on all coating, lining, insulation and fire proofing scopes.
  • Assist other disciplines (piping, mechanical, structural, process, etc) with specific input on any coating, lining, insulation and fire proofing matters.
  • Support construction teams (shipyards and fabrication yards) on all coating, lining, insulation, personnel protection, fire proofing scopes.
  • Capture lesson learnt (improvements and opportunities) along the course of the project and submit to DLE on the project.
  • Ensure deliverables issued by equipment suppliers, manufacturers comply with the company’s specifications and international rules, codes, standards referenced therein.

The company/project 

We are recruiting for a prominent global player in the mining and chemical industry, known for its focus on sustainable practices and operational excellence. This role is part of a strategic mineral sands project in the Murray Basin, Southwest NSW, aiming for a full operational phase by late 2026 and completion by March 2027. The company is committed to fostering a safety, innovation, and teamwork culture.

The role

The health and Safety Lead is responsible for ensuring the highest safety standards on the construction site. This role involves implementing health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, training site personnel, and monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements. 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific health and safety programs in alignment with company standards and regulations. 
  • Conduct risk assessments, and hazard analyses, and implement preventive measures to minimize risks on site. 
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry health and safety regulations, keeping current on any regulatory changes. 
  • Implement, audit and conduct safety compliance programs to identify and address concerns.
  • Conduct safety orientations, training sessions, and toolbox talks for new and existing site personnel. 
  • Lead the onboarding of contractors, including reviewing safety management systems. 
  • Provide guidance on safe work practices and emergency response procedures. 
  • Lead investigations for any incidents, near-misses, or safety concerns, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. 
  • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and safety audits. 
  • Develop emergency response plans and ensure that site personnel are well-prepared for various scenarios. 
  • Conduct drills and ensure that emergency equipment is readily available and functional. 
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement, encouraging proactive identification of potential hazards. 
  • Collaborate with project leaders to refine safety practices and achieve zero-incident goals. 

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
  • Substantial experience as a health and safety professional in the construction industry. Experience in the NSW mining regulatory framework is preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management practices. 
  • ICAM investigator qualifications. 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment medical examinations, including drug and alcohol testing.
  • Australian citizenship or valid working rights (Permanent Resident or valid working visa).

Role Overview

  • Asset Management Expert: As our Rental Tool Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying all available tools in the Asia Pacific Region, managing their allocation to Project demands, and ensuring accurate planning and forecasting. You will also assist in the Authorization for Expenditures process for acquiring new tools and establish monthly reports on forecast and actual utilization.
  • Logistics Guru: You will be the go-to person for coordinating the maintenance and logistics of tools between bases, ensuring smooth hand-offs to projects.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: With your expertise in Asset ManagementEquipment & Tools, and Materials Planning, you will ensure compliance with local procedures and constantly seek ways to improve our rental tools operating model.
  • Global Collaborator: You will facilitate the rental of tools from other global locations as needed, conduct audits to improve inventory accuracy, and suggest alternative tools when recommended ones are not available.
  • Communication Champion: As the main point of contact for tool demand from Projects, you will update all stakeholders on progress and work closely with Warehouse and Project teams to maintain accuracy in our Rental Tools inventory database.
  • Quality Controller: You will follow up on new tool deliveries, address any quality issues, and assess the impact of non-conformances on schedule and communicate with internal/external customers accordingly.
  • Forecasting Mastermind: Your skills in developing tooling forecasts and utilization reports will provide valuable insights to management and input to our Tender and Business Development team.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experienced Coordinator: You have at least 4 years of experience coordinating rental tools in a similar oilfield service company environment, preferably in drilling or well services.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in MS Office Suite and have a sound understanding of SAP transactions for this position.
  • Financially Savvy: You have a basic understanding of finance processes and can assist in generating AFEs for new tool purchases.
  • Documentation Wizard: Your attention to detail allows you to maintain accurate inventory records and comprehensive tool documentation.
  • Team Player: You have excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, both locally and globally.

 

Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Certifications: SAP or MS Office certifications would be advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience coordinating rental tools in a similar environment.
