The Field Operator reports directly to the Shift Supervisor and is a member of multi-disciplined crew responsible for the field operation of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility, including LNG ship loading activities and emergency response. The incumbent is expected to be able to take instructions and conduct his/her duties activities in a safe manner on the LNG facility. Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with DOT, FERC, OSHA, USCG, and other governing organizations as applicable.
- Operates plant utilities including electrical power systems, air, water, sanitation, nitrogen, fire water system.

- Provide welding/metallurgical technical input the review of Nonconformance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and monitor welding rework as required.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Metallurgical/Welding Engineering (or Mechanical Engineering with Welding Engineering).
- 15 years’ experience associated with Welding Quality Control & coordination of Welding activities within the Oil & Gas Construction Industry.
- Qualifications in Welding & Materials fields are desirable.
- NDT Level-II (RT, UT, PT, MT, AUT), and Welding professional qualification (CSWIP, EWE, IWE or AWS) (where equivalent is proposed, evidence of equivalence shall be provided).

- Experience with multi-national contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of LNG production facilities,

- Considerable relevant experience in the construction of onshore Oil & Gas installations. Demonstrated sound technical knowledge and extensive experience in welding processes. Expert knowledge in welding of high strength steels and corrosion resistant alloys (CRA) used in oil and gas industry.
- Fully conversant with international codes and standards used in oil and gas industry. Well experienced in NDE methods, especially, AUT & RT, specifically intermediate RT on clad materials. Validation of AUT & RT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for supervision of construction works executed by contractors to ensure Department’s assigned projects are constructed in accordance with the approved Scope of Work, engineering design, QHSE standards & specifications.
- Review and provide comments on construction method statements, material submittals, commissioning procedures from start of construction of projects till completion and handover to end users.
- Responsible as performing authority for Permit to Work by the Contractors.
- Supervise the site construction/installation of work of relevant engineering disciplines of assigned Construction/EPIC contracts and ensure that the work is carried out in safe manner and in compliance with Scope of Work, approved Engineering Standards and Specifications.
- Participate in constructability reviews as and when required.
- Review contractors’ construction plans and schedules including method statements and JSAs.
- Coordinate and control the mobilization of contractors to sites including site lay down areas.
- Facilitate issuance of necessary permits and Gate passes when requested by Contractors.
- Check, inspect and test completed project work and/or arrange appropriate pre-commissioning inspections and tests. Initiate Mechanical Completion Certificates.
- Ensure and follow up completion and clearance of all Punch List items.
- Review and endorse red marked up and “as built” drawings.
- Participate in hand-over and acceptance, review commissioning procedures and participate in the commissioning of facilities.
- Review and endorse Construction Dossier for the assigned projects.
- Support Qatari development activities by ensuring that Qatari Nationals receive the proper job training and development.

Position: Senior Reservoir Engineer
Location: Perth
Indicative Term of Contract: 12 months
This position will see the successful candidate support the mature ~34Tcf GIIP North West Shelf asset with significant ullage emerging in the onshore LNG trains and a resulting focus on WRFM, infill wells and late life asset simplification.
Functions
- Deliver all aspects of reservoir engineering scope including but not limited to;
the Integrated Reservoir Modelling support of business decisions/reporting,
reserves updates, annual business planning and influencing Wells, Reservoir and Facilities Mangement (WRFM) plans. - Occasionally represent the company in all subsurface-related JV governance.

Role Overview
The role of Industrial Control Systems Engineer is to provide Level 1 support of on-site industrial control system (ICS) and break/fix of critical control system components at our upstream assets to maintain system health. This role is 7 days on / 7 days off and 100% site-based. Along with supporting their primary asset location, this role is expected to provide remote support to secondary assets and may need to provide physical site support to other asset locations based on business needs.

Position Overview:
The External Alarm Rationalization Facilitator will be responsible for completing necessary alarm rationalizations for designated units within the Borger Refinery. This position will focus on aligning all work to the ISA 18.2 standards for alarm management. The facilitator will coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring proper documentation and development of information to support ongoing automation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate alarm rationalization meetings, ensuring compliance with ISA 18.2 requirements.
- Collect and review all necessary P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) to support the alarm rationalization process.
- Document and develop information that can be efficiently imported into the existing system used by the Automation Team.
