• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of equipment and parts.

Technicians are assigned to carry out maintenance work, either as employees or contractor resources. Typically reports to a supervisor.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist mechanical engineers in planning and testing mechanical components, equipment, and machinery (e.g., engines, instruments, controls, robots).
• Help prepare proposals and cost estimates.
• Actively participate in the use of all on-the-job safety tools.
• Review job packs.
• Identify and address safety issues before starting work.
• Execute work as planned.
• Record technical history as required (e.g., Global Reliability Tool (GRT), data sheets).

Airswift has been tasked by one of our best clients to seek a Pipeline Engineer to join their team in Beaumont or Houston, TX for an initial 12-month contract, to be extended!  

Project will design, build, and commission a new 1.1-mile lateral pipeline, aerial pipe bridge, metering station, and interconnect facilities to enable the delivery of third-party gas to a new Gulf Coast LNG facility now in construction. The project is currently moving into the FEED/EPC phase with startup scheduled for 3Q27. Successful candidate will join the Owner’s Project Management Team and function as the Owner’s Civil/Structural Engineering representative during design, fabrication, construction and commissioning.   

Responsibilities: 

• Owner’s Engineer in the management of engineering, design and all pipeline related technical aspects for a new natural gas pipeline.  

• Provide technical leadership and oversight to all operational, regulatory and project driven activities including gas pipeline design and construction.  

• Provide Pipeline Engineering Leadership as Owner’s Engineer for new natural gas pipeline project.  Support the development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), hydraulic analysis, equipment and line specifications, preparing and evaluating bid packages, and interacting with engineering, operation and fabrication disciplines 

• Provides technical support to all aspects of the project and acts as the primary point of contact with the engineering contractors

Qualification & Experience

• Registration as Professional Engineer in Texas is preferred but not mandatory. 

• Pipeline design and construction projects involving transmission and distribution of oil and natural gas including US Gulf Coast projects. 

• Knowledge of common engineering practices and Industrial codes including ANSI B31.3 piping code, ASME Section VIII pressure vessel code and other related codes and standards of ANSI, ASME, ASTM, API, IEC, NACE, NEC and NFPA. 

• Knowledge of measurement equipment and piping interconnects in natural gas transmission facilities. 

• Knowledge of Natural Gas Pipeline Engineering and Construction codes and standards. 

• Communicate effectively and take on the required project challenges. 

• Self-motivated worker requiring minimal supervision. 

• Working knowledge of gas piping systems, P&IDs, PFDs, site layout and material take-offs.

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for technical integrity and compliance with estimated costs and deadlines throughout the various engineering phases of the project.
Perform directly engineering tasks to guarantee the quality of the product for methods requirements.
The Engineer executes the activities within his area of responsibility, ensuring the compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements.

Draw up a general engineering schedule as stipulated by the contract to be revised by the Project;

Perform all the engineering verifications and calculations necessary for the methodology to be implemented;
Supervise and verify the drafting describing the methodology to be implemented;
Summarise and clarify in a manual all methodology activities, clearly identifying the show stoppers (if any). Transfer inside the manual all useful data derived by analyses performed by others;
Ensure that the operation people on board of the vessel receive all useful data in form of reports, manuals, drawings;
Follow up activities offshore or in any construction place deemed necessary by the project;
All the above activities could be performed with different level of deepness for Project or Bid assistance performance;
Participation to the offshore activities with the role of field engineer, when requested both in the yards and offshore during the vessel operation campaign;

The context The installation analysis department (INSTA) is part of the installation department (INEN), along with the methods department (MTENG), the pre-commissioning department (PRECOM) & the survey department (SURV).

The mission:

 The applicant will contribute to our projects, tenders or FEEDs.

 The engineer will produce reports, calculation notes or other technical documentation, in compliance with Company’s specifications, standards and companies  guidelines, complying with the project schedule:

o collecting required input data or managing related interface requests;
o performing required installation analyses;
o sharing intermediate results and conclusions by dedicated presentations/meetings. The engineer may be asked to provide guidance to junior engineers (models checking, reports reviewing, etc…).

The engineer may relate with:

o the installation analysis lead engineer; o the installation engineering manager;
o the project engineering manager / technical manager; o the installation analysis department manager/deputy manager.

The engineer may interface with all relevant disciplines, attending:

Experience:

Hard Skills The applicant has an engineering background covering one of more of the following disciplines: o Mechanics;

The engineer will adapt the complexity of the numerical model to the complexity of engineering problem to be solved.

The engineer is comfortable with simple analytical models to capture the order of magnitudes of the expected results.

The engineer knows main installation analysis standards (DNV, API, etc…).

The engineer is familiar with main installation methodologies covering:

o rigid pipe-lay (J-lay, Reel-Lay);
o umbilicals & flexibles pipes;
o lifting operations.

The Senior Process Engineer reports to the Staff Process Engineer, Engineering & Construction, and will advise on all matters related to the process design and process technology within E&C projects. Experience in Process Safety to support Process Safety team in design within E&C projects is desirable. The Senior Process Engineer is part of a multi-discipline Engineering Team providing Oversight over Project Design, Project Permitting, Construction, Commissioning, Start-up, and Operations support after handover for projects managed within the E&C Department.
Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of the principles of fluid flow, heat transfer, thermodynamics, mass transfer, and hydrocarbon process chemistry.

The Senior Project Engineer will be based in Houston and will report directly to the Engineering Manager. 
The Project Engineer is a member of one or more Project Management Teams (PMT) and provides multidiscipline engineering support related to project scoping, design, design assurance, hazard analysis, 
technology selection, and permitting for the front end of development projects in Pre-Concept, Concept 
Select, and FEED Stages. 
This position has responsibility for working with other Project Development & Engineering team members, 
Regulatory, Third Parties, Internal and External Stakeholders in order to coordinate the input of all project 
requirements. 
The Project Development and Engineering Team will be located in Company’s Houston office. The Senior 
Project Engineer will support E&C Engineering Manager and will be required to work in selected EPC 
contractor’s home offices as necessary during project development. Occasional travel to sites will be

KNOWLEDGE:

One of our major oil and gas clients is seeking a Revenue Accountant to work on a 12-month assignment in their facilities in Houston, TX.

Summary:
 

• Record, reclass, and reconcile cash receipt from Treasury for all O&G, NGL and overriding royalty payments.
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, and help to resolve outstanding AR/AP balances.
• Perform detailed account coding in SAP for third party invoices.

Responsibilities:
 

• ORRI check details – Accurately book ORRI checks as chash/details comes in throughout the month as opposed to wanting a day or two before the close deadline (ORRIS should be completed by Revenue Distribution deadline stated on the monthly closing schedule).
• Complete assigned monthly account reconciliations by 12th workday of the month.
• Help research/resolve outstanding AR/AP balances. Determine if PPA is needed or if contact with purchaser/vendor is warranted.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks if/when requested.

Requirement:
 

• Experience in the O&G industry.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent industry experience.
• Basic understanding of information technology and computer applications.
• Experience with O&G revenue and distribution of royalties.
• Experience reconciling O&G accounts AR/AP accounts.
• SAP experience (preferred).
• Capable of meeting monthly closing deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.

Communication Areas:
 

• Interact with other departments, such as ETS, Commercial, Operations, Production, Land, etc.
• Interact with third parties in obtaining revenue pricing, volume and payments discrepancies.
