The service holder is starting from the FEED phase sanction with the possibility to continue to the EPC phase until the completion of the Development phase including Project close-out. The offshore subsea gas pipeline will be tied into the greenfield onshore Central Processing Facility (CPF) for Gas Condensate separation and compression. The service holder will lead process discipline for the CPF facility during FEED preparation and execution. The service holder may also be involved in the current pre-feed extension studies. The Service Holder will be as well deeply involve in the FEED scope of work preparation until FEED sanction. During FEED, the service holder will be in charge of the performance of the FEED CTR on time and on budget FEED deliverable submission for her or his scope of work and as well actively participate in the EPC CFT preparation. The Service Holder willl have numerous interfaces with other disciplines and entities including the partner BP at the Sangachal main facilities and the Azeri TSO for the AzerEnerji Grid connection to the CPS plant electrical substation.
Service holder shall adher to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values and Behaviors, as supported by the Safe System of Working including Accountability of Safety. The service holder will perform this work in accordance with JOCAP and Project rules, guidelines and procedures
The service holder must possess strong experience in Process discipline in particular Gas Processing facilities and MEG regeneration for onshore plant.
The Service holder shall:
? lead the process studies, design and ensure compliance to project specifications of the CPF for the FEED studies and then during EPC phases
? To ensure the correct definition of the reference framework applied to the studies, the correct definition/identification of the list of deliverables expected at the end of the study, in line with the desired estimation class,
? To carry out or participate in the Value Engineering necessary to optimize the technical engineering, make it coherent before entering the FEED or EPC phases,
? To ensure adequate inputs for the LLI definitions and associated CFT
? To ensure process deliverables are of high quality for EPC CFT
? To promote proven engineering solutions to ensure the safety, operation and maintenance of installations; support innovative solutions when they lead to CAPEX and/or OPEX optimizations,
? To participate in technical reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, workshops, ad hoc meeting as appropriate
? To ensure the timely review of the FEED contractor process documents and ensure timely review and approval of the deliverables.

We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our client (Tier-1 EPCM) in Perth. This will be a 12-months initial contract, with a view to convert to permanent staff. The role will be based in Perth office, Monday – Friday office hours.
As a Senior Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for driving and delivering safe and sustainable ‘fit for purpose’ electrical engineering services for the Resources Portfolio group. You may be working on multiple projects dependent on their size across various Resource clients.
What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include:
- Delivering HV & LV electrical detailed designs
- Preparing and overseeing the production of detailed deliverables such as drawings, specifications, scopes of work, calculations, technical reports, datasheets, tender documentation, requisitions, estimates, budgets and schedules for scope variation and technical queries.
- Conducting appropriate studies/optioneering of solutions, analyses and recommendation of suitable actions
- Undertaking tender bid evaluations

Airswift is looking for a Data Analyst III to support a leading player in the Oil and Gas industry.
This is a full remote position w/ occasional business trips.
Schedule: 5/40 - M-F - W2

The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in data manipulation and visualization, particularly with tools like PowerBI and Alteryx, while being comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Import, cleanse, validate, and analyze large datasets from various sources relevant to the Oil and Gas sector.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through robust validation processes.
- Consolidate and present data in visually engaging formats, such as charts, graphs, and tables, to support business decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and generate insightful reports to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights related to operational efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support tailored to the Oil and Gas industry.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Strong experience with PowerBI as a Power User, demonstrating the ability to create complex dashboards and visuals that inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with data flows, data manipulation, and troubleshooting data issues is essential.
- Previous experience with Alteryx is highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights in simple terms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications in data analysis, such as Microsoft PowerBI Certification, or similar, are a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Gas & Power Markets Compliance Support – Support Commercial traders in trading North American Physical Gas and
Power markets, including understanding relevant market rules; applicable regulations; and compliance requirements
for new market authorizations.
• Gas & Power Commodity Derivative Trading – Tracking relevant rules and regulations related to gas & power commodity
derivative trading activity on exchange and over-the-counter. Ensure company’s traders are aware of their compliance
obligations and responsibilities to the exchanges and applicable regulators.
• Trade Surveillance – Conduct risk-based trade surveillance of gas and power commodity derivative trading conducted
on US exchanges, using standard indicator reports in the Nasdaq Trade Surveillance (‘NTS’) tool to identify potential
exceptions such as wash trades; spoofing; market manipulation; etc. Also conduct ad-hoc and event driven market,
product, trading strategy, investigations.
• Position Limits - Evaluate daily futures and option positions to ensure compliance with regulated exchange position
limits (i.e., Intercontinental Exchange and NYMEX/CME Group)
Compliance Awareness and Learning – Assist Global CTC Team in increasing company’s trading personnel’s
awareness of relevant rules and regulations, by creating and implementing tailored and engaging online and face-toface learning modules.
• Internal Compliance Controls – Ensure company trader compliance of internal controls and policies, including authority
limits, late trades, etc. Maintain and enhance internal monitoring reports, and escalate potential internal policy violations
to management.
• Compliance Investigations – Support the GEC Ethics Department and Chief Compliance Officer in conducting internal
investigations of company trader behavior as required, summarizing key issues as appropriate.
• External Regulatory Awareness – Maintain compliance and regulatory knowledge of CFTC, FERC, and ISO rules for
power, renewables, and gas markets.
• Compliance Advisory – Monitor changes to regulatory requirements and exchange rules and communicate impact to
relevant internal stakeholders, including Trade Managers, Traders and back-office functions. Provide timely, accurate
advice and guidance on compliance and regulatory issues.
Requirements:

• Commercial Trading Exposure – 3 years or more years of experience supporting a Commercial Trading function, with
exposure to front and mid-office trading activities.

trades). Commercial competence of traded products, markets, and strategies, both physical and paper-based trading.

Responsibilities:
- The Construction Coordinator generally reports to the Construction Lead and may be responsible for Assisting with developing the Construction Execution Plan, which details the contracting strategy, management systems and staffing through which the build will be completed.
- Influencing design engineering work to ensure accessibility in all areas of the facility including Inside battery limits (ISBL) and outside battery limits (OSBL) and for efficient use of yard space.
- Ensuring major equipment and sub-structures are arranged for efficient handling and lifting.
- Coordinating with the site team, this includes discipline construction supervision in civil, structural, mechanical, welding, nondestructive testing (NDT), electrical, instrumentation, piping, coatings, insulation, fireproofing, pre-commissioning, rigging and heavy lifting disciplines and field staff within Health Safety and Environmental, QA/QC, materials control, logistics, project controls and contract administration functions.
- Implementing logistical and Human Resource solutions associated with mobilizing site teams, including offices, Information Technology, transportation and accommodation arrangements, emergency evacuation procedures, medical and recreational facilities.
- Assisting with pre-qualifying candidate fabricators and contractors and major package assembly sites.
- Participating in bid clarification and kick-off meetings.
- Compiling fabrication scopes of work for contract documentation, specifying tender requirements and reviews draft contract terms.
- Assisting with bid evaluation work for primary construction contracts.
- Participating in Site Safety Management System; delivering on pre-agreed site safety (and environmental) targets for Company and Contractor staff.
- Assisting construction lead with site QA/QC Management Systems utilizing 3rd party specialist contractor services as appropriate.
- Reviewing and assisting Construction Management in approving of contractor's schedules and planning basis (norms).
- Ensuring veracity of progress statements.
- Specifying and negotiating progress recovery measures with contractor as appropriate.
- Supervising in-house and contractor construction team activities.
- Oversee and Coordinate I&E Contractors for field Construction of Capital Projects.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as a Construction Coordinator.
- One and half to three years' experience in major domestic or international capital project construction in the petroleum industry, primarily around site construction, fabrication, or installation, though other industry major industrial construction experience may qualify.
- One year of related construction site management experience
