Our EPC contractor client are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager – Operations & Systems, to lead and manage the successful delivery of Operations Centre and all its systems and interfaces.    Based in the Brentford office (however, there is flexibility on work location within UK) on a 12 month initial contract.

Key Responsibilities and background:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of the Ops Centre, ensuring network operability, safety, and security.
  • Oversee system control, EMS, data management, and SCADA systems.
  • Engage heavily with stakeholders, communicating effectively at senior leadership and board levels.
  • Collaborate with data architects, control centre PM (building), commissioning teams, and network design teams.
  • Drive the development of the Ops Centre package from initial philosophy through to EPC definition.

Skills/Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will ensure that the MUPP network is operable, safe, and secure, whilst knowing how to integrate this need into the Operations Control Centre. This role demands extensive knowledge and experience with operations centres, wind farms, PV plant, BESS systems, Transmission Networks  with a focus on system control, Energy Management System, Data Management, and SCADA systems as well as systems such as wide area monitoring (WAM)
Proven experience in managing operations centres or similar assets.
Technical proficiency in system control, EMS, data management, and SCADA systems.
Demonstrated ability to interface with senior leadership and board members.
In-depth understanding of supply chain and technology relevant to the Ops Centre.
Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including data architects, control centre PMs, and network designers.
Ability to drive project development from concept to execution.
Hands-on approach with a proactive problem-solving attitude.  Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.

On behalf of our customers, we are currently recruiting for a Commissioning Subsea Supervisor to be placed in Angola and would be on a 12 months’ contract with the possibility of extension.
 
Responsibilities 
  • To ensure proper communication to final internal client during all stages of the project and to monitor client satisfaction for “after sales” and REX purposes.
  • To prepare Commissioning procedure and/or OTPs related to subsea activities, and others TOPSIDE activities as required
  • To ensure delivery of all Commissioning deliverables in due time, as per planning.
  • To participate & to review the Pre-commissioning & Commissioning ICAPS© population.
  • To participate to the Commissioning planning preparation, and review/analyze the planning received from Projects CTRs.
  • To review CTRs engineering documentation (PRODOM review) in due time & ensure the detail engineering is in line with TEPA expectation & CPY GS.

Skills / Qualifications 
 
  • Experience in Subsea Commissioning is mandatory
  • Experience in Brownfield & SIMOPS Commissioning is mandatory
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Subsea Commissioning and SU / Field Operations oil & gas industry, with at least 5 years in Subsea Supervisor role
  • Experience in EPC project is mandatory

Minimum Qualifications and experience required:

  • Focal point for Control System and Instrument commissioning activities starting from preparation stage to the complete execution stage, for promoting and implementing of system completion and system completion database at site, implement system completion including reporting, monitoring and control.
  • Lead execution for Control System and Instrument commissioning at site (onshore/ offshore) and keep commissioning execution committed to targets defined by the project management. Review and approval of commissioning deliverable provided by EPC Contractor
  • Assist the Offshore Commissioning/System Completion Division Manager in executing Project responsibilities for system completion, onshore/ offshore commissioning and preservation scope of work and coordinating of system completion engineer, commissioning engineer team and preservation engineer.

Job Purpose:
Provides necessary support and assistance to the Offshore Head of HSES Pipelines, to ensure all aspects of the Project has the HSES Systems and processes, services and support needed to achieve project goals related to offshore for safety, environmental and regulatory, industrial hygiene, occupational health, security and emergency preparedness and response.  

Key Job Accountabilities:
  • Reports to Offshore Project Head of HSES Pipelines
  • Provide oversight and guidance for HSES / regulatory compliance / performance during the pipe loading, pipelay and pre-commissioning phases. 
  • Champion on-site safety awareness and safe performance with Contractor and among the Project Team; Support HSES Tool Box Meetings with Contractor’s team
  • Monitor Contractor’s activities for compliance with Contractor approved Project HSES procedures, during construction, installation and pre-commissioning phases offshore, liaise with Company team, Contractor, sub-contractor, vendors suppliers as needed; develop strong working relationships with Contractor and Sub-contractor HSES personnel. 
  • Liaise daily with Contractor HSES team to ensure the effective implementation of all Project HSES requirements, monitor daily the Contractor’s activities and performance and report to the Head of HSES Pipelines the Safety performance and the data related to the Contractor compliance with the Financial KPIS requirements; coordinates delivery of specific HSES related trainings as per the Competency Matrix and ensures accurate records are maintained; monitor Contractor/Subcontractor HSES staffing and experience levels and effectiveness. Report to Head of HSES Pipelines, in case of deficiency.      
  • Enhance at Project offshore locations, the risk awareness and support / monitor the Project Behaviour programs; provide leadership and support to Contractor and Sub-contractors HSES networks with particular emphasis on less empowered and experienced HSES Officers.

  • Prepare Punch list for finished work prior to hand over to QP by contractor by paying special attention to all EHV equipment including Quality checks.
  • Works closely with other QP Construction Supervisors (Mech / Arch).
  • Report to QP Senior Construction Supervisor on main issues, events at site, progress reporting, trends and recommendation for improvement.
  • Accountable for supervising contractor’s work that is in progress, inspecting work, reporting problems and preventing accidents occurring as a result of negligence, by enforcing QP safety standards on the work site.
  • Liaise and report with the QC Inspector on quality related matters.

  • Inspect construction works and materials in accordance with project quality plans and inspection & test plans (ITPs).

EXPERIENCE:
  • Candidate should have a minimum of 15 years overall E&I experience in Construction

Job Description:
Provide strategic direction and environmental support to Company Pipeline and Power Texas and Gulf Coast major capital projects during early concept development and pre-construction, including managing environmental permitting, environmental assessments (desktop reviews, surveys, etc.) and oversight of third-party environmental consultants as needed.


Responsibilities include:
• Serve as the environmental lead on pipeline major capital projects during early concept development and pre-construction phases, including support for CO2 transport for Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) projects.

Airswift has been tasked by one of our clients to seek a Senior Facility Engineer to join their team in Plano, TX for an initial 12-month contract, likely to be extended!
The primary focus will be “uptime” – keeping CO2 production & injection on from the production well choke to the LACT Unit, including water disposal/injection, production separation, facility heat media, well testing, tankage/vapor recovery, gas/oil sales, and CO2 recycle/gas lift compression. This includes CO2 floods, water floods, and conventional production on all Denbury Assets.
Work will primarily be conducted in an office environment; travel will be required to district and field offices and CO2/Conventional oil and gas production facilities, with the occasional need to wear personal protective equipment. 
Responsibilities:
  • Direct reporting to the Business Unit (BU): A Senior Facility Engineer (FE) will be assigned to each BU for planning, scoping, estimating and executing various projects being assigned by the BU
  • Execution of Projects: The primary focus is for the FE to provide/manage engineering services to the BU, most work (in the Construction Phase) will be executed by the Project Management Department (PM) or Operations with oversite on design and installation by the FE
  • Manage Capital/LOE project spend and budget as it relates to surface facility work
  • Working within the Denbury team structure including PE, RM, PM and Operations to optimize the CO2 and Conventional surface oil, gas and water production facility performance including developing/implementing engineered solutions for issues that may be limiting production, productivity, efficiency and general operability of the asset
  • Troubleshooting CO2 oil field production systems and equipment; monitoring pressures, temperatures, and rates throughout the system; reviewing current operating conditions versus design and set points; trend & analyze performance, uptime, downtime, and reliability and develop/implement solutions to optimize field activities and ensure mechanical integrity of equipment is achieved and maintained
  • Act as Technical POC (point of contact) for Maintenance and Construction Staff in managing the day-to-day operations and execution of all project activities
  • Participate in Design Reviews led by the PM (PFD review, P&ID reviews, Model Reviews, etc.)
  • Work with operations and PM teams to develop commissioning, start-up, and operating procedures and coordinate commissioning, and start-up, activities to safely commission, start-up and operate CO2 and Conventional Facilities
  • Coordinating with the Denbury regulatory department to ensure the optimization work and projects have the necessary permits and performance standards as required by local, state and federal agencies
  • Support the utilization, development and implementation of standards, processes, and procedures – MOC, Project Execution, Mechanical Integrity/Reliability, Engineering & Construction Standards & Recommended Practices, etc.
Requirements:
  • Minimum B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in all phases of projects including development, estimating, project management, engineering, and construction of CO2 and Conventional Oil and Gas facilities
  • Exceptional team and interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Minimum of 10+ years Facility Engineering experience
  • Experience with CO2 Enhanced Oil Recovery required
