Background

Our client is one of the largest producers of natural gas, oil and natural gas liquids located in the Eagle Ford shale region of Texas, United States.

Challenge

• Lease operators employed by multiple suppliers with only a small portion providing benefits to their contractors
• Personnel costs were not clearly contained
• Representation of contractors in remote areas of Texas added significant logistical challenges, which required more effective central organisation

Airswift was selected as the sole supplier for contract-to-hire lease operators, offering full benefits to all transferred contractors. Airswift provided our client with full field services, including branded fleet trucks, tools, phones, PPE and a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) for each contractor in four weeks.
