Airswift provided employment outsourcing for telecoms infrastructure firm in Kuwait including immigration and payroll outsourcing
The client is one of the largest independent owners, operators and developers of shared telecommunications infrastructure in the world. The client in Kuwait became operational in February 2020 after they completed a sale and lease back of up to 1,620 telecommunication towers from Mobile Telecommunications Company K.S.C.P (Zain), Kuwait’s leading mobile telecommunications operator.
Following their success in securing business in Kuwait, the client required on the ground support for their staff to successfully deliver on the project. However, they did not have an entity in Kuwait and could not obtain work permits for their employees. They required a trusted partner to provide employment services and in-country support to compliantly employ their personnel.
Airswift offered a robust solution to provide Global Employment services, including immigration and payroll outsourcing for the client personnel along with providing contract recruitment services for any new positions. Airswift appointed a dedicated Client Service Manager to manage the contract and provide our client with a single point of contact for all project matters. As our client do not hold a Commercial Registration in Kuwait, Airswift assisted by holding the lease agreement of their offices to allow them to operate.
Airswift successfully provide compliant immigration and payroll services for over 35 the client's personnel, whilst also providing support for recruitment services for their various projects across Kuwait. Airswift and the client continue their strong partnership to this day.
