Background
Frade is a subsea development located in the Northern Campos Basin off the coast of Brazil, with wells tied back to a floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel.
Challenge
The project required recruitment of expatriate and Brazilian offshore professionals for over 100 positions, which needed to be filled within a three-month time frame, logistical support to ensure employees met proper requirements prior to starting work, as well as organisation of quick mobilisation, sometimes within one day, in order to commence operations on the vessel.
Airswift Solution
Airswift established expectations with the client by attending meetings to get a full understanding of the job descriptions and what they were looking for in a candidate. Airswift assembled a team of 12 recruiters, four operation analysts, and three finance employees to support the large requirement. A strategy was developed, and Airswift successfully provided the following:

- Vetted candidates to ensure all workers possessed the necessary experience, language skills, and technical qualifications
- Provided regular communication through meetings and reviews with the client to ensure constant adaptation to their needs and requirements
- Arrangement of medical examinations, including psychometric testing (palográfico), and language testing (prepona) to ensure compliance and high standards
