In our second GEM webinar, speakers Colby Clark and Steve Jenkins are joined by special guest Scott Finkelstein and dive deeper into how to minimise risk in the face of global employment.
In this session, they explore how having an Employer of Record can benefit companies in identifying risks that can come in many different ways and situations.
As companies venture into new international territories, the intricacies of adhering to local labour laws and navigating visa and work permit processes can pose daunting challenges.
Enter the Employer of Record (EOR) service, a dedicated solution crafted to mitigate these very risks, ensuring businesses remain compliant while expanding their global footprint.
Join our expert panel as they delve into the pivotal role an EOR plays in safeguarding businesses from potential legal pitfalls, ensuring adherence to labour regulations, and seamlessly managing visas and work permits, all while accelerating your journey into new markets.
