OVERVIEW
You will partner with our client and support a new utility project with a focus on IT system design and reporting.
JOB DETAILS
- Collaborating with team members to identify organizational and operational challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest information technology advancements.
- Lead the implementation of IT solutions into the company from the initial idea to the project completion.
- Prepare statistical reports to inform decision-making processes.
- Manage technical challenges, collaborating with developers as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst specializing in IT system design and reporting.
- Certification in business analysis, project management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Visio is required; experience with Primavera P6 is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience acting as a liaison between IT development teams and clients.
- Excellent ability to collect, analyze, and document software requirements.
- Proficiency in comprehending existing procedures and workflows.
- Expertise in creating detailed process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of business process reengineering and modeling concepts.
- Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely for technical teams.
- Proficiency in using tools for documenting requirements and creating diagrams.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements.
- Experience in quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
