Airswift is seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to work on a?6 to 12-months assignment?with a client of ours - a major player within the?LNG industry.
Job Description
The Contract Specialist will have a focus on managing contracts for renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field, along with 3-10 years of experience in contract management, particularly in Master Agreements and Call-Offs. This role requires a balance of in-office and remote work, with a commitment to an 8 am to 5 pm in-office schedule for three days a week.
Key Skills

Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, including Master Agreements and Call-Offs, ensuring compliance and efficient execution.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, especially legal teams, to navigate contract negotiations and resolve redlines effectively.

Utilize MAX (MS Dynamics 365) and SAP Ariba systems for streamlined contract management processes, with the ability to adapt to new software platforms.

Manage the RFP process from start to finish, including gathering Scope of Work, preparing bid packages on Ariba, launching RFPs, and managing bid clarifications and tabulations.

Leverage US Gulf Coast experience to engage with vendors and contractors in Texas and Louisiana, understanding regional dynamics and regulatory frameworks.

Apply effective analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues promptly, driving continuous improvement.

Additional Assets

Experience in renewables, particularly Photovoltaic or Energy Storage projects, is advantageous.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
