5897 Senior Security specialist (Technical Systems)

Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Senior Security specialist (Technical Systems) (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Atyrau, 5\2. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.

Job description:
•    Maintains the integrity of building (s) security systems using a Corporate Security Product and software reliability monitoring, updates and Standard Operating Procedures.
•    Uses the results of security audits (external and internal audits) to improve processes and decisions.
•    Serves as a member of the Security Department in the process of exploring emerging technological innovations (digital recording systems, IP-based security equipment, network security devices, etc.)
•    Collaborates with Chevron CBRES GWSS to ensure that Company requirements are incorporated into overall security solutions as needed.
•    Is a specialist in this field, coordinates with Company facilities the implementation of strategies that apply Company Security Standards under the control of GWSS.
•    Interacts with suppliers / manufacturers of safety equipment to obtain additional rolling in the Company region, routine maintenance and ensure system reliability.
•    Develops capital and operating cost projects for completed projects requiring additions or capital changes. Helps with the Change Request process for completed objects.
•    Applies provisions of Global Workplace Security Services as well as Company security procedures.
•    Ensures documentation of all critical reports, processes, relationships with suppliers, customers and management are in place.
•    Works with the CBRES Global Workplace Security Service functional network to develop effective, holistic work practices for Company across the entire enterprise system of the Corporation.
•    To maintain the integrity of the Company's security program, it carefully monitors the need and correctness of the issuance of SmartPasses to Company employees and contractor representatives.
•    Partners with Corporate Audit, Operations Excellence, Information Security, Sarbanes-Oxley and ITC PKI to ensure compliance with Security Consulting, Operations Management and Global Badging requirements.

Job Specification and requirements:
•    Higher education Diploma in information technology or similar.
•    Work experience at least 5 years.
•    Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English - according to the Company scale of 4 or higher.
•    Has strong technical expertise / skills in the field of hardware / software of traditional and IP security systems: 
Knows the architecture of physical access control at facilities and its configuration in the system. 
Understands access level management;
Video surveillance system, hard disk recorders, video recorders over a computer network, IP video
SQL Access Database, E1, Lenel OnGuard, Crystal Reports. 
GIL computers / servers, MS Office package;
Fundamentals of TCP / IP Networking, LAN / WAN, Remote Communication; 
Knowledge base in the field of communication equipment, switches, routers, and Cisco firewalls 
Basic knowledge of radio devices, WIFI and its communication principles;
