Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a KC Supplier Development Coordinator, Zhylyoi region (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Atyrau, 5\2. Job Description:
The Coordinator shall oversee and ensure the implementation of the Zhylyoi District Development Program, responsibilities include reviewing, setting goals and implementing the Zhylyi District Development Plan 2022-2027 to ensure the functionality and successful allocation of resources, as well as all Company processes and tools for project implementation in the industry. Working with the general contractor on projects to solve specific problems of the industry development (for example, such as: studying the possibilities of the industry, working with the population to determine needs, identifying solutions to these issues. Considering citizens' appeals on issues, conducting explanatory work on economic issues, conducting analytical work on reporting materials Other duties in accordance with the tasks of the department. Adhere Company’s ethics, compliance and Company’s way policy. Market research and analysis – conduct comprehensive market searches for local manufacturers and service providers by using SEOI, IMBC market searches and external resources. Supplier Development - provide supplier development program implementation and its realization. Quality and technical qualification – organize a quality and technical qualification of local manufacturers with the SME involvement. Gaps closure – follow up with the local manufacturers on identified gaps and its elimination. Work with the technical SMEs including discipline engineers, design engineering and reliability groups for support local manufacturers qualifications, with the AML technical requirement. Evaluation, project completion, and communication of results. Achievement of awards for developed companies. To follow Kazakhstani Suppliers Development work process during supplier development process stages: (planning, pre-qualification, trail-order, finalization, success story/lesson learned issue and AML inclusion). Utilizes appropriate forum, website, or locations for KC information (paper/electronic). Develop long-term development plans for local manufacturers qualification with involvement of other teams. Achievement of KC Supplier Development team and KCD group KPIs through supplier development and AML inclusion. Facilitate and organize workshop meeting with graduated companies and Company Customer for supplier’s performance level improvement, function. Provided administrative support to KCD Supervisor on organizing Supplier Development Category sponsors events,  (i.e. meetings, workshop, and seminar). Provide support during local supplier development program (check list development, supplier qualification,  formulation of long and short list, site visits, gaps closure and report issue). Provided administrative support to KCD Supervisor on organizing Supplier Development Category sponsors events,  (i.e. meetings, workshop, and seminar). Provide support during local supplier development program (check list development, supplier qualification,  formulation of long and short list, site visits, gaps closure and report issue). Develop Kazakhstani Suppliers to meet Company requirements.   

Job Specification and requirements:
Higher education (technical, economic), work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years, Kazakh (fluent), Russian, English (level 3 and above on the Company scale). Advanced level of MS Windows, MS Office.
