Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Planning and Scheduling Engineer (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. Job Description:
Contributes to maintaining incident-free operations, which is in support of and in compliance with the Tenets of Operational Excellence and Company’s Protecting People and the Environment policy. Every week integrates Maintenance schedules into one 7 days schedule and 28 days PM. Every day monitors the schedule load for Plant Operations, Field, SSU, SGP and Maintenance based on schedules and analyses of actual data in ?1. Locates schedules on site, daily update of information. Skillful use of computerized Maintenance management (?) to control sequence of Works Order operations and status. Follows established process of CMMS data transfer and its thorough formatting from E1 system to standardized Excel/P6 shape to it use during Maintenance weekly schedule preparation. Provides weekly update containing WO metrics on status 50.55.60. Provides additional reports on executed WO if needed. Weekly participation in and holding a meeting with Operations to identify the scope for the next week. Monitor the workload of the Groups performing the works per each Work Order. Conduct daily morning meeting with Plant Operations and Off Plot facilities aiming to change scheduling plan in case of high priority works appearing during nighttime. Work coordination and data exchange with other Maintenance Groups if specific services are needed and to track the status and completion stage of works under the responsibility of other areas. Analyzes the workload level, availability of qualified personnel, working area, logistics requirements and unusual specifications. Informs Group Supervisor about work status, schedule delays, resources limits, pending matters, and materials which delivery to be speeded up. Timely tracks the completion of all work stages and full work completion in the WO. Track and effectively control the number of WOs that were planned and ready for execution to input them into Weekly Maintenance Schedule. Keep an accurate head count of his/her Group personnel. Work closely with Group Supervisors that ensure timely execution of tasks. Strive for ensure equal distribution of resources for regularly repeated works. Regular use of CMMS (JDE ?1) to track and to deliver materials and spare parts. Work closely with Operations, Group Supervisors and other Coordinators on a daily basis to review any changes in schedule and coordination of actions. Strive for optimization of resources in whole Maintenance organization via continuous impovement of scheduling and planning process. Leading the planning and scheduling of high volume jobs and capital projects required to maintain production areas. Creates work schedules by using the Oracle Primavera P6 schedule. Control work progrtess and tracks the delays. Works with Maint execution groups and business partners. Provides support on budget control and lookahead planning of the scope for the following years. Tracks headcount/resources working on production facilities and provides report to Operations. Works with Designs Engineering group on work progress and planning/scheduling. Provides support on execution of major TA’s at Company facilities.
Job Specification and requirements:
RoK Citizenship. Higher Technical Education for respective specialization. Work experience in Production in discipline required to perform work planning and scheduling for at least 4 years. To know: RoK legislative and other acts that are related to his/her position and job duties; language skills-Kazakh, Russian and English on average or above average, of internal regulatory documents and procedures within qualification improvement process; Surface Equipment Reliability Improvement Process (SERIP) Philosophy; Planning and Scheduling Process; Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Process; Standard WO Instructions; Repair Procedures; Advanced user of computer software, especially Oracle Primavera P6, MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and JDE E1 system, MS Project programs. Required experience on work execution schedules creating by using Oracle Primavera P6 tool – at least 3 years. Preferable experience in self-planning/scheduling and project management.
