Position Overview:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our foreman and field team. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Excel and MS Office Suite skills, with experience in invoicing and coding being a plus. This role requires excellent communication and time management abilities, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Invoice Support: Assist the foreman with processing, coding, tracking, and managing all invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Documentation and Reporting: Utilize MS Excel and other MS Office tools to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other documentation as needed to support project management and office operations.
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between the foreman, contractors, and other field personnel, facilitating clear and efficient communication to ensure project milestones are met.
- Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring that all deadlines are met and projects are kept on track.
- Learning and Development: Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team’s success.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and the MS Office Suite is required.
- Experience with invoicing and coding is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with contractors and field personnel.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
