Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of designers, ensuring professional development and fostering a collaborative, creative environment.
- Oversee design teams, providing guidance and feedback throughout all stages of design development and implementation.
- Ensure the efficient allocation of resources, timelines, and personnel to meet project deadlines and client expectation
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead client presentations, ensuring that design concepts are effectively communicated and tailored to client requirements
- Oversee project budgets and financial management, ensuring profitability without compromising on design quality.
- Monitor project timelines and resources to ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate interior design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Able to lead a team of 6.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in high-end, innovative corporate interior design projects.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, etc.).
- Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
