In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our IT workforce, tracking resources, and enhancing space planning initiatives.

Your collaboration with the Human Resources and IT teams will be crucial in ensuring that our organization's IT staffing aligns with strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Lead and execute comprehensive IT workforce planning analyses, assessing current and future staffing needs, skill requirements, and alignment with IT and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to develop and maintain accurate workforce tracking systems, ensuring real-time, reliable data for effective decision-making.
  • Engage in IT-focused space planning activities, evaluating workspace utilization and recommending improvements for optimal efficiency and collaboration.
  • Generate IT-centric reports and present key findings to stakeholders, offering insights into IT workforce trends, space utilization, and actionable recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with IT and cross-functional teams to understand departmental needs and align workforce and space planning strategies with IT project timelines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT workforce planning, contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the IT domain.

  1. Analysis and Reporting: Comprehensive analysis for the IT workforce plan, along with ongoing monitoring and reporting to ensure real-time, reliable data for effective decision-making.
  2. Collaboration and Liaison: Collaborate with key IT stakeholders, the HR team, and Office Services to achieve desired results and implement appropriate improvement initiatives.
  3. Effective Controls and Processes: Establish and maintain effective controls and processes for IT workforce planning and related space planning activities.
