Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership and various program streams to develop a cohesive change, engagement, and communication plans.
- Lead change management resources allocated to the program.
- Apply structured change management practices and methodologies.
- Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of change, learning and communication initiatives.
- Drive successful change adoption by proactively managing risks, implementing metrics, and devising innovative strategies to meet diverse employee needs.
- Act as a role model to cultivate a positive organisational culture that embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Expertise in understanding of what it takes to drive large scale, transformational change in a complex, global environment.
- Experience in leading and delivering both programmatic and sustainable change.
- Enjoys delivering effective strategies and plans to support Transformation in maximizing the adoption of new programs and ways of working.
- Comfortable operating at both a strategic and practical, hands-on level as required.
