We are currently recruiting experienced B2 (Avionics) Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to work for a leading GA maintenance specialist, servicing a range of private charter and government operators. You will be responsible for performing avionics maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure aircraft meet airworthiness standards.
Full type training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on avionics systems (e.g., navigation, communication, radar, autopilot systems) in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on electrical and avionics systems.
- Work closely with engineering and flight operations teams to ensure timely and efficient aircraft maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, including company policies, CASA requirements.
- Supervise unqualified maintenance personnel, mentoring junior team members
- Participate in aircraft recovery when necessary
- CASA Part 66 B2 Licence
- Be able to obtain Airport Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Drivers licence
- Type rated on aircraft such as Cessna, Pilatus, Piper, King Air

The Repair Engineer is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and preparation of temperature-controlled containers used in Air Cargo Charters.
This role requires hands-on technical skills in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting, along with a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and release containers; perform routine preventative maintenance and service to ensure optimal operation.
- Repair or replace defective parts, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform testing of containers.
- Safely use hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and electrical testing devices.
- Clean containers (inside and out) and prepare them for outgoing shipments.
- Complete work orders accurately and understand maintenance documentation and procedures.
- High School Diploma (Diploma scuola secondaria di secondo grado)
- 2+ years of practical, hands-on experience in aviation maintenance, general maintenance, electrical, or refrigeration (Certifying Staff experience preferred)
- EASA Part 145 certification or equivalent maintenance qualification or Certified Staff Certification in Aviation Certification

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Strong experience of consulting experience in a top consulting firm or a combination of consultancy and industry experience in procurement, supply chain or a related field, with a focus on strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and markets.
- Proven track record of successfully managing procurement projects and delivering cost savings.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex market data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create formulas and to analyze data)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Language proficiency in English. Portuguese is a plus.
- Flexible to travel to client’s site as required
