On behalf of our customers, we are currently recruiting for a Commissioning Subsea Supervisor to be placed in Angola and would be on a 12 months’ contract with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- To ensure proper communication to final internal client during all stages of the project and to monitor client satisfaction for “after sales” and REX purposes.
- To prepare Commissioning procedure and/or OTPs related to subsea activities, and others TOPSIDE activities as required
- To ensure delivery of all Commissioning deliverables in due time, as per planning.
- To participate & to review the Pre-commissioning & Commissioning ICAPS© population.
- To participate to the Commissioning planning preparation, and review/analyze the planning received from Projects CTRs.
- To review CTRs engineering documentation (PRODOM review) in due time & ensure the detail engineering is in line with TEPA expectation & CPY GS.
- To witness the construction & Pre-commissioning activities related to his discipline.
- To prepare RLO, JRA & other related presentation (power point) when necessary.
- To prepare PTW related to his discipline.
- To review, follow-up & propose remedial action of Project’s Punch List (regular meetings with relevant entities to be organized).
- To report any deviation faced/observed, and to initiate corrective & remedial actions (in coordination with hierarchy).
- To ensure that Project’s CTRs & CPY Pre-commissioning team are working in accordance with CPY referential (GS, OPERCOM™…).
- To ensure that Project’s CTRs are providing required red line mark-up & as built documents.
- To follow-up, review, issue and manage green line mark-ups according to Project(s) specification(s).
- To review and approve Pre-commissioning dossiers at RFC status.
- To review, validate & ensure the approval of Commissioning dossiers at AOC status for his discipline.
- To execute subsea Commissioning and SU activities on site.
- To ensure the reporting of Subsea Commissioning activities during offshore execution.
- To check progress against planning & recommend any necessary correctives actions.
- To ensure safe Commissioning especially during SIMOPS phases.
- To witness subsea installation / Pre-commissioning prior to start Commissioning activities (Well Jumper / FLs) and ensure the work is properly
- done.
- To assist as required the Commissioning Site Leader.
- To liaise with other entities (Project’s CTR & CPY teams) to ensure consistency of the work (regular meetings to be organized).
- To participate to SU preparation (including SU procedure) during engineering phase.
- To assist FPSO Operation / Maintenance teams post SU phase.
Skills / Qualifications
- Experience in Subsea Commissioning is mandatory
- Experience in Brownfield & SIMOPS Commissioning is mandatory
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Subsea Commissioning and SU / Field Operations oil & gas industry, with at least 5 years in Subsea Supervisor role
- Experience in EPC project is mandatory
- Experience of OPERCOM™ methodology & ICAPS© is mandatory
- Experience on preparation of Commissioning procedure and OTP is mandatory
- Previous offshore experience is mandatory
