We are currently recruiting experienced B2 (Avionics) Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to work for a leading GA maintenance specialist, servicing a range of private charter and government operators. You will be responsible for performing avionics maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure aircraft meet airworthiness standards.
Full type training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Locations- Melbourne, VIC and Perth, WA
Duration- Permanent
Salary- $140 ,000 + Super

Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on avionics systems (e.g., navigation, communication, radar, autopilot systems) in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on electrical and avionics systems.
- Work closely with engineering and flight operations teams to ensure timely and efficient aircraft maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, including company policies, CASA requirements.
- Supervise unqualified maintenance personnel, mentoring junior team members
- Participate in aircraft recovery when necessary
- CASA Part 66 B2 Licence
- Be able to obtain Airport Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Drivers licence
- Type rated on aircraft such as Cessna, Pilatus, Piper, King Air

Requirement & Skills Required:
- Minimum 12 years of mechanical design in onshore/offshore oil & gas industry in a brownfield environment with focus on static equipment’s.
- FEED and detailed engineering experience. Recent experience in an engineering consultancy in a multidiscipline environment is essential.

- In accordance with government directive, Company has been directed to develop the National Maritime Infrastructure Project on the Eastern and Western coasts of the Kingdom, which consists of a naval shipyard in Ras AlKhair, a commercial and naval shipyard in Yanbu, and a leisure shipyard in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).This project is expected to have a substantial impact on direct and indirect employment within the Kingdom, which includes the creation of 140k local jobs, promote local SMEs, and help propel the Kingdom’s economy through increasing the GDP.

Job Purpose
Carry out Planning and Scheduling functions in accordance with Company standards.
Job responsibilities are related to the execution of major capital projects in support of the Company’s Capital Program.
Included are analysis and evaluation of proposed project execution, resource requirements and potential impacts at the project and program levels.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Set up project control system including planning, scheduling and monitoring.
- Plan and provide work direction as required for the preparation of planning and scheduling control systems and other practices to give Engineering and Construction supervisors means to evaluate and improve the efficiency of their project execution.
- Provide staff guidance to Engineering and Construction supervisors in one or more areas of planning and scheduling expertise by analyzing and evaluating all pertinent data.
- Revise and approve of the Project Baseline Schedule and the Progress Measurement System.
- Analyze major capital projects to plan the most effective execution sequence in light of experience and current industry practices.
- Discuss, coordinate and resolve long term and short term planning and scheduling problems with personnel throughout the Company and with contractor organizations. Act as a technical consultant when required.
- Assist in the technical evaluation of contracts relative to their expertise in planning and scheduling and analyze in detail performance reports.
- Evaluate the planning and scheduling information collected from Project Management Teams or contractors and advise management of exceptions to the plan and potential corrective action and/or impact to the project.
- Provide staff assistance in the preparation and maintenance of the Master Scheduling System in support of the capital program planning effort and/or other planning and scheduling reports, procedures and services.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness and appropriateness of planning and scheduling information collected from project teams or contractors and advise of significant exceptions to proposed and approved conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Collect lessons learned during the execution of the project in order for it to be reported in the project closure report.
Educational & Technical Requirements:
• Engineering Degree
• Senior level with proven e in Oil and Gas industry petrochemical project
• Knowledge of Primavera Software
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
