Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support to Project Team

    • Provide continuous support to the project team to enhance efficiency in C&P activities.
    • Participate in developing C&P strategies and activities for the projects.
    • Administer all C&P activities comprehensively.
  2. Contracts Management

    • Implement contract strategies in coordination with project management and relevant departments.
    • Ensure compliance with procurement and contract procedures.
    • Develop contract documents for different project phases, ensuring reporting and financial governance.
    • Collaborate with the project team to refine technical and commercial scope specifications.
    • Coordinate C&P activities across packages with the Project C&P Lead.
  3. Tender and Evaluation Processes

    • Prepare strategy documents and approval workflows as per governance standards.
    • Organize calls for tender or quotations, including prequalification and evaluation of bidders.
    • Execute bid evaluation and internal recommendations for contract awards.
    • Ensure validation of all contract content and processes, including partner approvals.
  4. Supplier Management

    • Perform due diligence on suppliers, including market intelligence and risk reviews.
    • Manage confidentiality agreements with contractors and service companies.
    • Support service quality meetings and follow-up with contractors.
    • Issue change orders, variations, and amendments as required.

Additional Activities

  • Support CAPEX and OPEX estimations for the projects.
  • Advise senior management on contract issues and claims management.
  • Monitor KPIs for process efficiency improvements.
  • Refine contracting strategies (e.g., EPCI vs. multi-contracting).
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination with stakeholders, including vendors, subcontractors, and affiliates.

Context & Environment

  • The role is part of a team responsible for the development of awarded offshore wind areas in Germany.
  • Coordination with international and local teams in Germany (Hamburg/Berlin) and HQ in Paris.

Technical Requirements

  • Expertise in Contracts & Procurement, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience with international tenders, procurement processes, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in procurement tools and software.
  • Fluency in English (French and German are advantageous).
