Airswift (Air Energi Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Planning Coordinator (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Atyrau, 5\2. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.

Job Description:
  • Formation and timely adjustment of the Company's Business Plan and budget on the basis of applications submitted and prepared by the relevant structural divisions within the framework of the Company's investment program for the medium term and for the current year
  • Maintaining separate accounting of costs and revenues for investment projects in the Company's Business Plan and budget
  • Preparation of quarterly, annual reports and explanatory note on the performance of the Company's Business Plan and budget indicators, including factor analysis
  • Review of the Company's draft contracts, checking for compliance with the indicators of the Company's Business Plan and budget in terms of the budget amount, as well as approval of documents confirming the performance of work (provision of services, supply of goods) within the framework of procurement contracts for goods, works and services of the Company
  • Approval of the Procurement Plan for goods, works and services of the Company and payment tasks, checking for compliance with the indicators of the Company's business plan and budget in terms of the budget amount
  • Preparation of a monthly operational monitoring report on the implementation of the Company's Business Plan and budget
  • Provision of measures for timely budget redistribution and holding of the Company's Budget Committee
  • Participation in the preparation and implementation of the Company's programs and projects in the areas of the Department's activities
  • Based on the results of consideration of documents, make comments, suggestions and make adjustments to draft documents of the Company's structural divisions
  • Consultations with the Company's structural divisions on issues within the competence of the department
  • Providing, if necessary, reporting on the work performed
  • Compliance with BiOT standards and other internal regulations of the Company
  • Execution of other orders from higher management
Requirements:
  • Higher (postgraduate) finance, economics, accounting and auditing. Master's degree in Management/ Economics/Finance/MBA (preferably)
  • More than 3 years of work experience
  • Knowledge in the field of legislation and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating production, economic, financial and economic activities, the Charter and other internal documents of the Company
  • Knowledge of methodological materials related to the financial activities and economics of the Company
  • Knowledge in the field of corporate governance
  • Knowledge in the field of economics in manufacturing/auditing/financial companies
  • Knowledge in the field of tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Knowledge of the basics of the risk management system
  • Knowledge of the Kazakh, Russian and foreign languages
  • Skill in forecasting profit and loss statements, financial plans, forecast balance sheet and cash flow budget, deadlines and preparation of a budget execution report
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis methods
  • Skill in organizing the development of long-term and current plans for the Company's production and economic activities
  • Skill of determining the cost of commercial products, developing standards for material and labor costs, financial accounting and reporting standards
