JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of all Customer Service activities and processes for the Company.
- Management and execution of order, deliveries, billing and pricing related processes according to best practices.
- Position interactions include systems, final customers, and internal stakeholders in order to ensure compliance with the company requirements and of the industries it serves to improve our value chain.
- Key interface to all customers interactions for Mexico.
- Supports implementation and continuous improvement of customer service processes.
- Reviews and update product database as needed in SAP system for Mexico
- Reviews and update pricing database (including transfer pricing) as needed for Mexico according to business and financial requirements to ensure correct invoicing
- Supports customers inquiries for specific requirements, such as consignment inventories / JIT deliveries and portals for ASNs generation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in correlative area.
- Experience in Costumer Service area.
- SAP S4Hana operations for customer service.
- Multicultural experience.
- MS office (intermediate-advanced Excel level).
- Fluent Spanish.
- Advanced to fluent English.
