We are currently searching a Customer Support and Program Manager for a leading MRO solutions provider with over 100 repair stations worldwide. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing program performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the bidding process, prepare, and coordinate customer meetings, and generate business development leads.
  • Address technical queries from customers, support contract drafting with suppliers, and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Resolve claims by implementing corrective plans, manage retrofit campaigns in collaboration with the technical department.
  • Oversee logistics coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal warehouses.
  • Monitor contract compliance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in program management or customer support within the Aerospace and Aviation industry, specifically supporting PBH or retrofit programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and various stakeholders across diverse cultures and levels.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% per year.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP is highly desirable.
