Responsibilities:
- Engage in the bidding process, prepare, and coordinate customer meetings, and generate business development leads.
- Address technical queries from customers, support contract drafting with suppliers, and foster strategic partnerships.
- Resolve claims by implementing corrective plans, manage retrofit campaigns in collaboration with the technical department.
- Oversee logistics coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal warehouses.
- Monitor contract compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in program management or customer support within the Aerospace and Aviation industry, specifically supporting PBH or retrofit programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and various stakeholders across diverse cultures and levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% per year.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP is highly desirable.
