Our Company
We are currently recruiting for a Data Coordinator to be placed in Nanterre, FR on a 1-year contract, with possibility of extension. The purpose of this specification is to define the conditions for the performance of the services relating to the Project Information Management studies to be carried out by the SERVICE PROVIDER within the framework of the RUWAIS EPC project.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with engineers from different disciplines (within the different operational centers), to set up the regular extraction of data registers from the different sources (including project equipment lists, 3D model and Smart Plan tools);
  • Coordinate with the Information Management team and with the support of the Methods and Tools team, to set up automation on the format of data registers;
  • Ensure data validation using internal validation tools, perform gap analysis and feedback to disciplines if necessary, as well as follow up;
  • Once the registers are mature enough, import them into the database where all the tags and technical data of the project are consolidated;
  • Coordinate with the Methods and Tools team, in charge of the configuration of AVEVA Engineering, to develop and implement the data import formats and the different views. Participate in testing, suggest improvements, and ensure proper loading and visualization of data in Aveva Engineering;
  • Participate in the production of reports on the progress and quality of the various registers.

Skills / Qualifications
  • Engineer who knows how EPC projects work (knowing how to read P&IDs is a plus);
  • Contract Management;
  • EPC Work Process for QA;
  • Administration of Subcontracts;
  • Strong interest in data, comfortable with databases and handling large volumes of data;
  • Ideally who has already worked on a similar scope / has experience in data management;
  • Rigorous, responsive, with good interpersonal skills and communication skills, and a good sense of analysis;
  • Able to work independently, with a good team spirit;
  • English speaking (good level of written and oral English);
  • A good knowledge of Excel with notions of databases is desired;
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and AVEVA Engineering is a plus.
