Currently, for one of our clients, located in Cologne (GE), we are looking for a Document Manager / Controller.
Tasks:
- Performing Document Management and Administration on the Project Site.
- Provide the Project Construction Management Team with administrative support by the implementation of effective methods and systems.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Manage the office area and greet and provide general support.
- Interface and support the Site Construction Management Team, Contractors, and Vendors on document management requirements.
- Arrange and coordinate all services required to run and maintain CMT office facilities.
- Maintains accurate records for site for required areas.
- Assist CMT in planning and arranging events.
Competencies/Skills:
- Able to consult and communicate with Home Office, CMT and Contractor / Vendor personnel.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, have time management and organisation skills and to be able to multitask.
- Record keeping skills and able to handle confidential information.
- Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office 365 application specifically: Outlook, Excel. PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word
- Working knowledge in oral and written German and understanding of spoken English.
