La mission est :
• Enregistrer les demandes d’achat et recueillir les besoins
• Benchmark des fournisseurs potentiels pour le projet en France et à l’international en respectant les normes de qualités sécurité et normes éthiques VCGP
• Etablir et faire valider les bidderlist
• Valider le budget, les dates de livraisons requises en accord avec le planning et le chef de projet
• Lancer les appels d'offres pour du matériel, des équipements, des services et de la sous
traitance
• Obtenir les cotations et clarifier les prix et délais s'assurer avec le technicien pour la vérification et la validation technique suivre les demandes de clarification
• Vérifiez et négocier les conditions contractuelles et commerciales (prix-garanties-paiement[1]clause d'indemnité ou incoterm)
• Obtenir la table comparaison technique de l'ingénieur
• Établir la table de comparaison commerciale pour approbation
• Coordonnées avec le département juridique et les ingénieurs contrats toutes les négociations contractuelles et les termes et conditions
• Préparer faire valider par le responsable procurement et émettre le contrat
• Établir les bons de commande et lancer les KoM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Medior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Zuid-Limburg, Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global player in the EPCM industry on projects that span the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors. You will be responsible for contributing to the technical execution of projects, ensuring that all electrical engineering tasks meet the required standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Provide engineering support for multiple small projects, a single medium project, or a portion of a larger project. You will ensure the successful execution of these projects by adhering to technical and quality guidelines.
- Design Adjustments: Assist in completing and adjusting electrical designs as needed to accommodate on-site conditions, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project management and other engineering disciplines, to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of all electrical engineering tasks, including design adjustments, to support the as-built phase of the project.
- Problem-Solving: Apply your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards, regulations, and the client’s specifications.
About You:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience working as an Electrical Engineer, preferably within the energy, petrochemical, or related industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in electrical engineering design, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and using relevant industry software.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiar with industry standards and regulations in the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Renewables sectors.
- Communication: Strong communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.
- Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license.
